My case involved a Lexington business that I worked for in Lexington so it makes sense that I would have sought a licensed attorney in the area where jurisdiction would have more than likely taken place. Perhaps you would have been aware of this had you responded.  It is unfortunate that you chose to respond only after being put on alert about this report here on Ripoffreport. 

I completely understand about about being busy and backed up , but that is why you have secretaries and other staff.  You failed to even acknowledge an email or multiple calls after telling me to call your office.

Very unprofessional and would not dare recommend to anyone I know in the area or contact you again.

I try to respond to every on line inquiry.  Sometimes the response is that I cannot help an individual.  This particular complaint appears to be coming from Georgia, where I am not licensed to practice law.  

Having said that, I do have a busy practice, and if I have not responded to your call in a timely fashion, I apologize.  As with all busy practices there are some weeks that I am completely booked in court or otherwise and responding to new cases can take a back seat.  

Since I have not taken any retainer from this individual, I do not agree that the individual was in any way 'Ripped Off'. Rather I was spending my time and efforts on individuals that had already retained my services.  The truth is that I try to find a way to work with individuals that have trouble coming up with a full retainer and offer various forms of payment plans to assist them.  I work diligiently for all of my clients and do the best I can to get a good result for them, something to which many of my clients can attest.
