Jamie Humphries from H & H Power Sports & lawn Equipment Advertised a boat for sale on craigslist, which I have a photgraphic copy. He states in his Ad that the boat in in excellent condition, low hours, etc.. I made the initial contact with Jamie re: his boat and he seemed like a genuine seller, didnt want to negitiate on price so I agreed to pay him asking price on his boat.
I kindly asked him to forward me pictures on the boat via email, and also give me a brief about the boat I am to buy from him. He states, boat is good condition, very clean, no stress crack or damages to the hull. He also sayd boat has under 50 hours. Well what I recieved was tottally opposite to what he stated in the ad. Boat had infact 171 hours, it was dirty and had stress cracks all over it, pictures that were sent were a few years old.
When I confronted Jamie Humphries, AKA Hymie or so everyone calls him, he offered to buy the boat back and when I agreed he has never answered my calls, nor returned messages, he is a dushonest person. Used the money I paid him for the boat to open a business called Drag On Vapor. 888 W Michigan Ave Pensacola FL (850)912-8155. Be very Careful from this Man very very dishonest and a total SCAMMER !!!

This whole deal started out with a lie straight from Mona Salem who claimed she lived in South Carolina but in fact lives and owns a boat company in Australia. This person is a complete and total SCAM artist!
First off the pictures that we sent are new and current. We have the proof of the date of pictures "in question". A phone when you take pictures records the date and time to the exact number. So that is a undisputable fact. If you need copies or have questions, we will be happy to show them to anyone.
Second, when I offered to buy the boat back with cash, she refused and said that she could not because she "already had it sold" to another customer. I have proof of that as well. My manager was here when I made the conference call and can verify ever word spoken.
After my attorney has done all this research into this woman and company, we have found that SHE has been the one scamming numerous Americans by using scare tactics of retaliation financially and other ways. The company Drag on Vapor, which I own, was open before I ever sold the boat to her or even considered it.
I have multiple witnesses that saw the boat itself before it left my house. Many whom made the comment that the boat was one of the cleanest boats they had ever seen. I also have documentation of the boat being inspected before it ever left my house from the trucking company.
Any claims made about me and my business from this woman, company, or anyone affiliated with this woman are 100 % completely fraudulent and false. Any one who knows me personally can vouch for that. I have one of the best reputation in this town as far as honesty and integrity.
