Janian and Associates got me to pay them $4,000 in an upfront fee to negotiate a loan modification on my home loan in June, 2010.

Since that time I have made several inquiries as to the status of my loan mod with no response.

Janian & Associates are liars and cheaters. They have stolen my money and I want it back! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Please contact the State Bar office in Los Angeles. There is already an investigation open. There have been several complaints and you need to make yours heard as well. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that something is done about these people. they got me for $2800. Don't drop the ball. It is only a one page complaint form. You may also be eligible to get money back in California from the Client Security Fund. The Bar will send you the forms.
