My Uncle encountered a disastrous fate, when he retired in the gambling State.
In 2001 it was  the Las Vegas sun, which  offered a life of low taxes and fun.
The next five years were better than great, we didnt know Uncle was being  set up as Jared Shafers guardian bait.
As the days passed the senior projects watched every move, calculating the day Uncle would fall into the corrupt guardian family court groove. 
Uncles mind grew weak and he needed care, but mob  lawyer commissioner Jon Norheim said it wont happen here.
Norheim  said you folks live out of state, so a greedy guardian shell be your fate. 
The mob commissioner assigned Uncle to Clark Countys money taker, which gave control of Uncles trust and estate to criminal  Jared Shafer. 
Mr. Shafer had the qualifications for the task, a no contest plea to a Ponzi scheme was in his recent past.

A twenty thousand dollar fine Shafer had to pay, for defrauding senior money away.
The family court considers Shafer a fine man, but elder abuse for profit was always his plan.
So the guardianship commenced, while Uncle was isolated from his family and kept in suspense.  
Uncles estate was plundered with astonishing speed, only to feed Shafers lustful greed.
Other cockroaches got into the game, with unlicensed AVID Business Services taking the blame.
Shafer said your Uncles money is mine to spend, fighting me will only result in your familys financial end. 
My lawyers will bill for exorbitant fees, you will not be able to afford your set of car keys.
Threats and intimidation make me strong, with the courts and milk.sop lawyers on my side I can do no wrong.
My attorneys will manipulate and lie, if they are not successful I will tell them good-by.
Into family court we did run, only to watch the lies, which attorney Alan Freer spun.
I was called a crook, but it was for the money Jared Shafer took.
Shafer has an assistant who is divorced and 36, her sweet disposition and face hide Shafers dirty tricks.
Patience Bristol has a page on Face Book, her sun glasses dont hide the fact she is a psychopathic crook.
Patience brags about having fun, it will be a sad day when her little boy learns what his mother has done.
Our case dragged on with no end in sight, Judge Hoskin told us Shafer always wins  the legal fight. 
Family law is bought in Judge Chuck Hoskins court,  going to the media is not the best resort.
Hard working senior veterans are losing the fight, justice and truth for them are out of sight.
