Jason d**k was involved in litigation with an investor related to an outdoor event called Pauli's In the Outfield, an outdoor two-week long beer garden that was to have taken place during the College World Series in the Summer of 2013, but was cut short due to mutual managerial disputes.  That litigation has since been settled.

At the time of this fraudulent posting the following things were untrue about Jason d**k:

1. He owes many people money from phony investments.  

2. His credit is terrible.

3. He has over 100k in debt.  

At the time of this fraudulent posting the following things were true about Jason d**k:

Jason d**k didn't owe anyone any money from any phony investments.  Jason d**k was employed for two years by a local advertising firm, and had a prospering business of his own installing, and servicing vending machine breathalyzers in bars, restuarants, and venues with liquor licenses in the Omaha, and Council Bluffs area. 

Jason d**k's credit score was not terrible.

Jason d**k did not have over "100k" in debt.  Jason d**k's debt consisted of less than $5,000 in student loans. 

Jason d**k did not know a Mike WellingtonJD, nor had he done any business with anyone from St. Louis.

Please take notice that Plaintiff/Counterdefendant Travis Freeman (“Plaintiff”) has initiated an action in the County Court in and for Douglas County, Nebraska, Case No. CO1CI130026269 (the “Action”), and Defendant/Counterclaimant Jason d**k (“Defendant”) has asserted counterclaims against Plaintiff, due to the allegedly false statements made by you, an anonymous person using the name “MikeWellingtonJD.”  In the Action, Defendant seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to Ingle Law Firm at 2942 North 24th Street, Suite 114, Phoenix, Arizona 85016.  On March 23, 2016, Defendant served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity.  You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously.  If you intend to file and serve a response, please do so, or notify us of your intent to do so, on or before April 15, 2016, at Ingle Law Firm at 2942 North 24th Street, Suite 114, Phoenix, Arizona 85016.
