I used to feel hate for whomever started this false report, I used to want revenge. Now after losing everything I have I want to share something with everyone including who I used to consider my enemies. July 13th at 7pm I found out my Mom left work and drove herself to PB Gardens Medical and passed away in my car in front of the ER of a massive heart attack. Not even 2 years after my Dad passed away. And it drstroyed me until I hit rock bottom. But there is a positive ending. Especially from someone like myself that never believed in God after 8 years of physical and mental abuse at NPB Elementary by teachers and students.... My Mom sent me a few messages after she passed away. 1st message was in a song by Bread that I ignored but later read the lyrics. She wanted to open my closed mind. And it asked, "Hey have you ever tried, really reaching out for the other side?" 2nd message was a day dream, and she was about 30 years old and caught me off guard and asked me to take a picture of her because she looked so young and beautiful.

Then she got right up to my face and asked me to finish something for her. And I know what it is now too. 3rd message was in another song by Bread called It don't matter to me. And the message was, "There will always be an open heart waiting for you,Time is on my side. Then her Ex-coworker Fran messaged me a couple days later and she knrw nothing about the dream. And Fran's faith in God is strong. Fran told me that if you keep praying and thinking about her that she will come to you in a dream about 30 years younger. I got chills up my spine like everyone I tell this too. Fran confirmed it was real, not just an ordinary dream. Then I prayed to my Mom and asked her a question, "Where are you right now Mom?" That night she sent me another message through a Tom Jones song of all people, I never heard this song before until she sent it. Each song was played over in my head and only the title was sang to me over and over until I looked up the lyrics.

The Tom jones song was why why why Delilah over and over again... so the first thing I said to myself when I woke up was why why why Tom Jones of all the artists out there, why Tom Jones? But the part of the song was the answer to my question. "On the night that I passed I saw the light" 4th Message, my Mom used my neighbor. The day before I asked my Mom how long she was outside the hospital where she parked in front of the ER and the main entrance of Gardens Medical and passed away. The day after I asked that question I was outside underneath the overhang of my roof while I was raining and so was my neighbor while she was waiting to get to her car and we started talking in the subject came up and I told her that I still wonder how long she was outside of that hospital until somebody came and helped her. She said she just talked to her friend that day and she said 2 people were outside that died, one was my Mom and someone else had a heart attack closer to the ER door in their car. And they found her pretty fast but it was to late and they brought her in and almost got her stabilized but heart beat wouldn't continue even with a pace maker on her leg and directly into her heart.

That night was horrible, because I found out she passed away by making phone calls to her job,police then the hospital after I drove around looking for her just in case she broke down. The reason for me sharing this with everyone is because there is an after life. Something I was sure of but never believed in God or any Book of faith. I am spiritual and believe in a higher power. I truly believe the same light we see when we die is the same light that we see when we are born. I died one time when I was 8 years old and I have had many near-death experiences and almost took my life later on. I think differently and feel differently and if any of you know me you will also know that I am very different and that is something I'm not ashamed of but this message to everyone is to let everybody know that there is hope and there is and after life so when you lose somebody you love just now that they are being reborn into somebody else's life. So this is what I truly believe and you might have a different belief system than I do but mine is based on real life experiences and not from a book or a church. Not everybody is as lucky as I am to experience what I experienced and I also have to say I am very lucky to have died and been brought back to life and I am also very lucky to have these near-death experiences and still be alive to tell you everything I know now.....peace to everyone...even those who do not wish peace on me. In memory of my Father I will make sure everyone responsible for every lie on this report will pay. If you want to avoid your karma then I suggest everyone of you apologize for the lies you told that ruined my business that could of helped raise money for my Dads alternative treatments. Otherwise now that I lost him, all of my pain will be dished out to the responsible for many years to come. You prevented me from making the money I needed to save a life so now it will be hell to pay. I promise. What ever I did to you was personal in return of what you did to me. These lies were a result of a break up or a disagreement. While attacking me on this report nobody thought of what the end result could be. My Father Alan Poswencyk is in the Jupiter Pavilion on his death bed. If these false reports weren't made then I would of been able to afford alternative treatments to help cure my Father of Renal Cell Carcinoma. Typical oncologist treatment did not help him. His Birthday was October xx 19xx. The last time he was awake was October 3rd. He also hasn't eaten since then and Hospice is refusing to put him on a feeding tube. So basically what I am saying is that everyone responsible for these posts ruinedmy chances of ssaving my Father due to huge loss of income. Do yo feel good?  Proud of yourselves now? I am losing a Father and my son is losing his papa. My Mom will soon be a Widow. Because of you all.

I reeally have to thank everyone of you for making it so much easier to explain my restraining orders to anyone that questions the reason I have them. All of you made it very obvious that you all are obsessed with me from either good sex or the fact that you can't have me. If you scroll down to the documents I posted about Theresa Comstock you can clearly see she was a stalker and she violated the two trespasses. I have tried to get restraining order some on all of you and I have failed because judges just don't believe a guy is in danger of a woman but now I have proof. see I left it alone I walked away from all of you and you cant get me out of your mind. That is why this thread has lasted over 3 years. every post that you all have left is proof of how obsessed and pathetic you all are and how sad you are but you can't have sex from me anymore. Almost two years later I still have the same people adding more lies and slander to this post. This most recent one is by someone that I never met and her name is Denise Pace. If you look down at her typos and compare it with her ripoffreport then you can clearly see that its her and also you can see that her profile from plenty of fish was indeed written by her and nobody else. She keeps playing the role of a innocent crippled woman in a wheel chair but regardless of that you can obviously see she has nothing better to do other than get drunk and harass people. Ever since I filed a restraining order on her this all ended and now that its been over a year and the restraining order is expired , she is back to doing this all over again. All she is doing is showing the world that she is the stalker and she obviously has serious mental issues and if you read what she writes on all her posts it will discredit her accusations. I lost my business because people like herself are allowed to go on a site and slanderize a person with lies and ruin their reputation. Not a single post on here came from anybody that has done business with me.

Over a year in half later and this crazy woman that calls me a sick man cannot get me out of her obsessive head. She thinks all of theses previous posts are about her because she is getting emails from this website about updates on a false report that she decided to be a part of and falsely slanderize me. I google my name once in a while just to see who is obsessed with me again.  So now I see someone threatening me but they are tell ing me I don't have the balls to back up my mouth while they are making anonymous posts. ffrom what it looks like to me and it is very obvious is that they don't have the balls and they can't back up there on now because they are anonymous.the fact is that I am over all of this and other people just can't get me out of their mind so if anybody making these posts wants to come see if I can back up my mouth please come to my house and see what happens to you you will not leave alive. and of course look at the last post it was done on Easter it is very obvious that this person is the lowest life of all they can't even wait to do on a normal day they gotta do it on a day where families are celebrating together and spending time together they obviously have no family and no life so they can't let me go and for your information every restraining order I have ever gotten it because I don't want these women around me and they will not leave me alone so I do everything I can to scare them away then it results in me getting into a little bit of trouble but that's okay they are no longer allowed near me and vice a versa. the person that made the most recent comment on January 26 2014 is Heather Jean Criddle Skanse of Oceana Coffee in Tequesta Florida. Nothing against the coffee shop or the owners but she does work for them now and Heather had made a phone call to my team player 3 days before he made this recent post about me. he works at the Palm Beach Gardens Green Market and wanted to make sure she was not working with me so she called my boss and tried to get me in trouble. HHeather and I have not made any contact since June of 2013. She decided to stir up an old relationship that she cannot obviously get over and make things worse all over again she put her own job at stake by doing so. The original Ripoff Report dot come made about me was playing the rising me when this person never used my services. I am Jason Poswencyk, Itook over this business around 2008.... Chris Tighe was the first owner and his Grand Daughter took over in 2005/2006 from 2004 til 2008 this business was operated illegally and I had no clue I was hired illegally. In 2008 I was certified to do these treatments but before that I was a paid Technician under Chris and Kristie... Kristie now works at Outback Steakhouse on Military Trail P.B.G. Florida... Her phone Number is 561-339-5097...If you feel you deserve your money back for treatments between 2004 through 2008 then call her. All I was to her and Chris was a paid employee...When I took over I made myself legal and legit. I took the fake certificate that Chris made for me and Dr. Jay Holder told me it was a fake, but Jay Holder is a scam artist himself so I don't know if I believe everything he says but I do know he lies about the tool he sells and uses for the treatments. He claims he is the inventor of the tool so you don't look else where and he claims his tool is better than the one that you can find online for hundreds cheaper...Auriculotherapy works and I 100% believe in it...But in this type of business its scary and being a single Father I met some scary Women through business and on my own. When a person knows that you own a business they will do anything they can to hurt you online and this website is one way...It has ruined my reputation and now I am affraid my son is goig to be affected by what he sees here when he grows up.

I am ashamed of the way I handled somethings in the past but he does not deserve this. He now has the same last name as I do and he is only 8...Its a small family last name and he is stuck with it. Before Birth and Conception

Based on lies and drugs to cover up pain and far to complicated to explain.Its like a seed that was born into my brain. Stealing,cheating,lying and non-complying with any moral rule. A hand me down worn down soul created by a fool. Mentally abused Father raised by a physically and mentally abused Father himself, to eventually plague his own son for ten years of love kept upon a shelf.To know what happen before my birth makes it hard to find my place on earth. The Stories I can tell you will incriminate too many, and believe me it would be plenty. One crack in the Eggshell, soon before you know it will become many more.

Birth till Age two

I remember being born, the truth is far from torn, a legacy handed down like undigested corn. While being molded I can't remember everything, just pictures on print and vivid memory that would make any human insane...

Age 3 to 5

From Hawthorne New Jersey to Hollywood Florida the memories grow stronger. The horror stories become more damaging if I think about them longer. Homeless man in the shed, buried puppy halfway dead. Dog in the wheel well of my Dads Oldsmobile and a man on the hood halfway through the glass bleeding and about to pass. Searching for his pills the next day but none to be found. Grabbing at a knife, cutting up his own furnature and scaring out all life with in a home that lived his son and wife.

Age 4 to 8

Eggshell now, just a protective wall and waiting to fall, where the insides will soon fall out and never be put together at all. At this time I believed my Father was a werewolf, in a time of lies it became the truth and any rope for help just became a noose. Right before I left Hollywood to come to Juno my head was opened up all over the floor and stitched together and left to heal and store memories that continued to damage worse than before. You know Juno? Its where I still live, my childhood tortured lessons in to learning to forgive. Even though I forgive, I can never forget no matter how hard I try. The memories never grow weaker, they only make me cry. North Palm Beach Elementary was the first day in pure hell, bullied by teachers and peers as well, with no hope of happiness and constant running tears. Trying to fit in and seek shelter from people of my own race, the Color Black was the most friendliest face. With no one to believe me and no God to protect me, I began to see why White Men were so hated and feared. They were amused by causing pain and stripping others of pride. Creating a world of hate they practically took food off my plate. I stopped believing in God because I knew he was not there, nobody to guide me through a world that did not care. Realizing way to young that this world has nothing to offer hearts that were pure and good, I began to understand why I was and will always be misunderstood. Nobody to really raise me, just a place to sleep and keep my things. I told my parents about the school abuse and nobody believed me, my principal told them it was just lies I created, but the bruises and scars were just hidden in my skull and only seen through my eyes. Locked in closets, kidnapped for hours until I promised not to tell, I was soon set free but still left in my mental prison cell. Just another in my hand me down eggshell..

Ages 8 to 18

I fell from a tree so tall that I died and was soon revived, Just when things couldn't get any worse, my Father let his father take over my personal space. I had nowhere to go were Pete wasn't in my face. For ten years he claimed my home to be his own place. Now coming home from hell they they called school, I never had a break from torture and abuse, it just continued on as I stared at that noose. Arguing everyday, name calling too, it sure was no different from school. Thinking family was a safe place to be, never thinking it could soon be the death of me. Learning more about my past now and what happen before I was born was evidence why my present is still torn. My Dad painted cars and stayed at work 24-7. His career and love for cars was just his own personal heaven. It just kept him busy to bury his own thoughts, which soon led to mental illness of a lost childhood that could never be caught, lost forever to hand down to me and see what he went through to pursue a death of a man that was responsible for the demise of souls that equaled more than two. Some souls may have escaped before he damaged them as much as Pete damaged me, but Pete was soon to see what he did to everybody in a few years of revenge and disgust, from a growing Evil born into a brain that was inside a soul named Jason. Jason is me and also my past, a name with a face of hate to protect and a heart to love others born into neglect. Loving the abused and hating the abusers, Jason soon became a LSD user...Escaping from this world was his only way out besides death. Tricked into doing this drug by a man named Steve. Instead of making Steve pay, I made him eventually leave, but for years he supplied me with a way out with out leaving myself, staying inside an eggshell that was riddled with cracks that were all connected from the first one, and knowing this was all for fun. I began to project my pain in others when I found a way into their brain, so when they hurt me, I could instantly dive them insane. LSD to me was mental candy, a way to figure out how to make all bleed inside and kill the pain that killed me. Entertained by my own songs,thoughts and a way to give pain back, I soon found my love of life was hidden in black! Darkness was my protection, where I could hide, like closing my eyes and pretending it did not exist. And still to this point, I never lifted my fist or slit my wrist. When people hurt me and did it on purpose, I realized my method had a purpose. I used it to scare away people that needed to go. But still confused and never understood why my tears froze like I was in the snow. My heart grew cold as Pete grew old and his past soon started to unfold. he held in hate for a world that abused him as well, but this man had pride, he would never tell. Pete projected his life in stabs at others, he was abused by his Father and Mother and abandoned by his brothers. My Grandfather Tom was not related to me, he took Petes place, if you know what I mean. When Tom died, the truth came out, Pete had hard feelings with out a doubt. He insulted a dead man to death and I screamed as he loved to shout. This girl name Michele said,"I'll do something for you," she grabbed a knife and I said," NO". So we started to scare him everyday to scare him away and cared less if he died. Eventually I learned how to make Peter Poswencyk cry. I found a weakness in his good eye! Which every attempt to making him leave this world only failed, until he had a stroke and left when I turned 18. He was taken to a home where he lived 8 more years!!! No more Pete, No More tears!!! For years I felt great, and I truly thought Pete was gone, but when he died his soul never drifted on. He left us with broken pieces to continue his legacy of restraining orders that were wrongfully place on me...

Age 18 to 40

I continued LSD though my mid 20's to escape the pain of plenty. Had a good time and had no problems while in my own world but when I met new people and tried to find love, I realized Heaven was no place above. hell was everywhere that LSD was not and my other escape was smoking lots of pot! Writing lyrics that were dark to vent. Listening to music that was dark to came and went. Music became my reality to pursue. The first restraining order I received was from inflicted pain from a girl that used her words to hurt my pride for no reason at all. So I played until you call on the dark on her answering machine after I made that call. The second restraining order was from Deannes Mother, not Sharon, Sharon was the first if your even caring to know, Deanne was my sisters friend that soon became a w***e, here father shot up in front of her and later she became a user, I tried to confuse her and keep her away from my sister, and even though she was young, I decided to kiss her. She was 15 and I was 23, and as wrong as it was, that never stopped me. We never had sex and never came close, my intentions were to help her and keep my sister out of trouble and my efforts failed. Later on my sister was with a Jewish Wigger name Joshua Sacks, who was 22 and my sister was 16, he had sex with her everyday and fed cocaine to her brain. I eventually went after him when he came to my house unwelcome and warned to never come by. When he came over I went outside to punch him in the eye, as I proceeded I was hit by a phone, I turned around to hit the source and knocked my sister to down. Soon the Abuser "Josh" became the abused and I showed him what pain was, He got a restraining order for that which I violated by a phone call and a third party that wanted to end it all. I spent 2 weeks in Jail for what I did, and not a day went by that I regretted what I did because my sister never changed, she only became worse and more deranged. She soon was re-introduced to a love that should of never been and later on ruined her, but that's another story that I can never write or begin. Years later I met Sierra that had baggage that my Mother warned me about and soon I found out for myself but it was to late to get out. I loved her son as my own and took care of him as he grown but his Father Johnny Coletrain interfered with that and wanted to finally become known. Even though he sucked as a Dad he stalked me at my pad and threatened to kill Sierra and I, knowing his son was being cared for by another guy, it made him want to kill his son's Mother and I. I was approached by him at his sons daycare that was also my Mothers work place, he threatened to kill me so I sprayed Pepper Spay in his face to protect myself and left that place. Came back an hour later to make a police report and was falsely arrested for Battery. DCF was called while I was in Jail for 10 hours, because he accused me of abuse and at that point I saw how restraining orders were always used. I fought it and won, but while I was in that cell I understood why I was in defense mode and felt like an Army in one, I protected my family before and went through hell not fun. In 92 or 93 I was jumped at my front door by Brandon Perry and Mike Jakowsky and even though I won they came back and tortured me for 6 months endlessly. Bricks thrown in my windows everyday and fires in my yard. It made me walk up and down my stree to protect my Family like a soldier. It all continued until I got older. I have stitches to prove and glitches that move and now deep wrinkles that form a deep groove. Years later I met the Comstocks and fell in love with Theresa Rose. She was one of them, Italian, Irish and coke in here nose. Alcohol fueled her and so did pain, when we met her Father had Cancer and Later died just like her brain. The days as I watched her fall apart, I cried. I tried to help and we broke up and got back together plenty. I had to call the cops on her many over and over. She stalked me when I moved on and was there as soon as I rolled over. I later by mistake took her back and tried to save her once again, that's when I got my 5th restraining order from someone that was supposed to be more than a friend. She was an out of control Mother that wanted to kill her own daughter because she claimed she was never meant to be a Mother. I should of known when I heard about the past of her brother and every other Comstock/Kearns family member. She hired a Lawyer that was payed for by her Mother that still controlled her till her 30's and most likely still does now. Her Mother had control issues with everyone of her children as they grew to adults and when she last Mark, she projected her pain so everyone felt. Theresa violated the trespass that were soon uplifted so I could give her a chance to get sober, but after the restraining order our love was soon over. Then came Heather Criddle Skanse, we never wanted love, we only wanted to get into each others pants. I became blind to her Evil ways and Red Hair that was a sign I should of never took that chance, what I really should of done is take a second glance. She was not much to look at but I realized she was abused and I tried to fix her until I realized she beat her young daughter and had crossed the line, and it was thin but not fine .I threatened to call DCF but instead I messaged her Daughters Father. Heather got worried because her secret was revealed, she wreaked of Latex from condoms she wore from being a w***e from sleeping around, her ex Rich knew but still pushed her to file a restraining order on me in fear that they both would lose their daughter Pippa to the State. Wow this is funny I get a discrediting post the same day I get a testimonial.... funny thing that it is anonymous again and which proves they are lying because they have no invoice... plus my treatments have a guarantee so for people to complain about my product and tell me that it did not work is a bunch of crap. Laser treatment for smoking does not work!!!! It is a total waste of money. It is the new snake oil which is why no one uses it anymore. There is no evidence laser therapy works in helping smokers quit. I have used laser therapy and it did not work. I quit successfully using the nicotine patch daily.

In my personal experience with N A Laser, dealing with Jason in particular, I did not at all find him harassing or in any way unprofessional.
When I first became familiar with the procedure, I was very hesitant, and uncertain of the possibility of results, and felt after I had called him 3 or 4 times with many questions (who was harassing who :), I never felt pressured or intimidated to schedule.
After a few months of consideration, I called him again, he was very friendly and courteous, and spoke to me in a manner that made me feel as if he remembered me and his patience was again readily available as I expressed my doubts.
I was not hesitant or concerned about licensing, since I was not having a medical procedure, and felt very comfortable with the flexibility of the scheduling in my home. ( a friend not as comfortable, had him visit her office, and was also very pleased)
I am excited to say that I have been smoke free for several months...and the best part of the treatment that I found has been my ability to continue to remain in contact with Jason...he has been an incredible mentor in maintaining my smoke-free mentality.
The treatment and the gentleman both are highly recommended..it seems to be a "personal" situation from what I have read here, and luckily for you Jason, I...like many others know better than to let personal judgement cloud good business.

My father was an addict and I was exposed this my whole life. I have always wanted to help people. another downfall of being me is I always try to fix people also. and I know that is not right you cannot 6 people they need to fix themselves. but being the type of person that I am I had a girlfriend that turned into an alcoholic because her father died. I tried to help her in every way possible she had hit me she stole from me she lie to me and her family also attacked me because of the business that I had her father was dying of smoking. all I was to them was a reminder of why he was dying and when he died I got attacked constantly because of the type of car I drive that has stop smoking all over it they got sick of looking at it and cause problems to cause us to break up well Theresa Rose Comstock didn't handle the break up very well. she started stalking me and I had to make police reports and get her trespassed. she also violated her trespass. above or below you will see the documents from the sheriff's office that she violated her trespass and showed up drunk both times and had to be driven home by someone else. unfortunately she was not arrested because she was not caught on the property they caught her on my next door neighbor's backyard.. my neighbors found her phone in their backyard and called her uncle.. she had not come home for 2 days and left her children... this is just an example of what I have to deal with please read the documents that I attached to this for yourself if you want to know anything else about me including my whole criminal background ask me first about it so you can hear my story and you know what would really happen. because after you read these police reports that I provided for you it will open your eyes up to know that people do abuse the law NY

we have all seen situations like this before in our life! growing up as children and in our workplace. when people's feelings get hurt they attack low self esteem can also cause people to do these things.. ever since the internet was born it has been in information outlet for everyone. just google it just look it up on the Internet it's out there but what is truth and what is lies. the reason I use presidential candidates or politics in general was to prove a point. when people bash other people on the internet or make police report against them 50 percent of it is garbage and half the time the person making the police report is actually the instigator. see I am the type of person that doesn't like to call the police at every second that something is done wrong to me. I tried to ignore the person or never called them delete your number but yet they can't stop. I have gotten people trespassed from my property and yet they violated it and yet still I could not get a restraining order on them.. so at that point I kinda give up and have no faith in our legal system. but the legal system always seems to work for the criminals. so everything you see hear about me is me taking the law into my own hands. and believe me I have paid for everything that I have ever done in my past but this is my past in this is 2013..... and believe me nobody wants to pick 2012 in the past more than I do. if you wanna look into my past go ahead I put it behind me and believe me my past was awful I did not want to live it. I had a very very rough life and I have battled to get out f a lot of bad situations. and trust me I have not been an angel my whole life I was a boy living in South Florida hanging with other boys getting into trouble. and yes it may have taken me a little bit longer to grow up than other people... every day I am trying to make myself a better person and I still fall short of that sometimes. I enjoy being a father and I enjoy life.. I also enjoy being single because I will have no drama my life. I also give back to the community. I do cancer benefits and I make donations.. I have also done community service at the turtle museum because I enjoy wildlife.. and I will not lie the community service was from a speeding ticket. aviary very very fast speeding ticket... and believe me after all the speeding tickets I have gotten I have learned my lesson too lol.. unfortunately the hard way... I help turtles of the road so they don't get killed... I'm sure you can see that I am making a point here we all have a good side and a bad side... in this is very unfortunate for me because all you're saying right now is the bad in my life or lies that a person is making against me because they did not get what they wanted from me... because of the heavy advertising I do on Facebook I have also been attacked by people that don't want my spam anymore it seems today now a days nobody can handle spam!!! what I don't understand is how did these people deal with commercials on the TV and radio for the whole lives? with the TV and the radio you can change channels on Facebook it's easy to all you have to do is delete that person 1 simple thing or press block so you don't see their newsfeed... but instead people make it a lot harder so they call you up and threatened your life that they're gonna kill you if you don't stop sending them spam mail or I get death threats for making events to invite people that have joined my group that don't understand how to use Facebook so they lash out and attack me verbally.. everyone has a breaking point... but this is 1 of the downsides of the business that I do the upside is that I get to help thousands of people quit smoking and live longer and that is worth it

example road rage when somebody cut you off on purpose? the bad thing about it is it when I do it I have a car with my phone number in my business name on it. so I get called out on everything I do. my car is bright orange and looks like a taxi and says stop smoking with my phone number really big on it. I am an eye soaron the road. this really sucks because this puts me out there in Leaves me open for attack every day. I also have problems with scam artist trying to sue me cutting me off and slamming on the brakes on purpose knowing I have a business thinking I have money to give them. I am the center of attack for so many reasons and it has to do with all the good that I do... so being that I have a lot of stress the have to deal with everyday I think I handle things quite well after being in business for 10 years and only having 1 or 2 complaints by people that have never even use my services... so if you can let a man run our country that is obviously a criminal himself for what he's doing and before that you let President Bush run our country well I think I am an Angel compared to them!!!

Because of the business I am in, Smokers and Children call me 24-7 and harrass me and crank call me bash me. I constantly get threats to leave addicts alone...I have also treated people that shoot oxy cotton and have had to make very tough decisions and had to call DCF because of what they have done in front of their children... I have been dealing with these kind of phone calls for 10 years now... when you go to my criminal history and you see that there is domestic violence domestic violence covers a broad area and does not mean that I have ever hit a girl in my life... we got into fights and we broke up and she was stalking me and I have the proof of it... now this fake report about me on Rip off Report.com by Tammy Duncan Lopez of West Palm Beach Florida... was a girl that attacked me on the internet for making a page trying to help people with a disease that they knew nothing about... the group is called Candida... I made this group to help 1000 people to try to find out about it is easy probably didn't even know they had and Tammy went on there and publicly humiliated me.... and after that yes I did for it in and I got very mean and Tammy went and filed a restraining order on me... the judge did not approve of it do you know why because Tammy is a fake and I've never met her in my life and she pushed my buttons.... end of story keep pressing me keep doing this because negative publicity is also good for business too! Tammy and her Friend Lisa D'Antonio also have a very huge criminal record and then got in trouble for date raping men and taking all their money while they are drugged up... so while you look through my criminal history to find out little bit about me why don't you I also go to the criminal history of the people that I have court dates with or I have had problems with and look at their history and see why they are in the computer data base themselves. I hired a private investigator to find out who made the original false report and it went down and tracked it to Tammy... I confronted Tammy about this 2 days ago and look now I have another report on main go figure right??? like I was saying in my other re bottle if you mess with me I will mess with you back otherwise I am a professional businessman... just like every other human being in this world if you cross me and you do something wrong to me on purpose chances are I will get you back... every time I have ever gotten in trouble in my life it was all based on principle and I have always stood up for what was right and wrong and if I get myself in trouble doing it so be it.. at least I can sleep at night knowing I stood up for my family and what was right

You should stop threatening and harassing people. It is disgusting that a man with a 7 year old son would threaten to kill someone. You talk about your fathers cancer and your sons future life yet your death threats show you have little value for human life. I hope you get the help you need to grow and become a better person. I personally wouldn't let you in my home or support your business. You do stalk and harass people. You threaten to kill women for no reason and you accuse people of malice against you when you have no reason. There are written threats from your cell phone and other internet sites where you threaten numerous women with death. You should take a step back and get some help. You also have a tendency for "dating violence".

I turn my back on drama ... 2012 was the roughest your of ever dealt with my dad almost died of cancer but you beat it but dealing with cancer and dealing with death in your life is not a fun thing so last year was my worst year.. This business owner Jason is very unprofessional. He has a history of threatening people, especially women. If you go on the Clerk of the Court for Palm Beach County you can see several pages of women filing for restraining orders. There are so many. I would never feel comfortable with this man in my home.

I was watching tv today in kinda of a crappy mood and was noticing the camera man or editor screwing up and the topics did not match the video. So I was ready to call and complain because it happens alot lately. Well after I though like that I looked in the Mirror and realized that I could of ended someones career, a career that could also be pasted on to a kid like my own. What this person said about me was not true but I am sure its a girl that I dated and broke up with recently because I spend to much time with my son and they get jealous that I ignore them. Thats what happens when you meet lots of people, you will get a bad apple once in a while. And this really sucks that this is out there for everyone to see for the rest of my life. This person reporting my company obviously had a grudge because he or she is not using his or her real name. Too bad this company is not more like the Better Business Bureau because Ripoff Report is just taking in a random hate email basically for everyone else to see. The only time I have ever had a problem with a customer was after getting to the customers homes in finding out they did not have money to pay for it. In situations like that I refuse service and leave and never do treatment on that customer again. my treatments and procedures are fully explained on the phone before I get to the customers house. If the customer does not like what is about to be done they have every right to turn down my service. In the 9 years that I have been doing these treatments I have never had a customer refused service. I have had my share of customers that don't understand the difference between physical cravings in the withdrawals and the mental habit.
