I hired Jason Raffa (GWD Web) to build me a simple website for my business. He required a 50% deposit up front which I reluctantly paid. He was supposed to have the site done within a month and then the balance was due. 8+ months later, I have no website and just excuse after excuse as to why he hasn't done anything. He claims he can't return my money because he is completely broke and does not have it. He stole my money and gave me nothing at all in return. Beware of this shady thief.

It's scam artists like Jason Raffa that give all web developers and SEO professionals a bad name. I hope this guy doesn't get the chance to ripoff anybody else.
