Jason Tuttle Allstate Agency Worst Quoting Scam Experience I Have Ever Witnessed Chandler Arizona

We All know that insurnace agencies do a little hand work on their quotes to get you in the door but never ever go to Jason Tuttle Allstate as this was truly an incredible flip trick!

I would like to inform you that the Jason Tuttle Agency in Chandler, AZ has treated me in the most disrespectful and unprofessional manner. About 2 weeks ago I began shopping for quotes to replace my current and still active policy that I have had for over 3 years. I had some lower quotes but the good friendly hospitality that I was having with my communications with the Jason Tuttle Agency made my decision to get a policy here. I let them know by a phone call the day prior that I would like to start a policy with them and asked if there was anything else I needed. I spoke with Kim there and she said everything was good. Over the week she had sent me e-mails to make sure I check my lower state farm quote because they usually lie to you and let you know something lower until you get in the door.

After 9 Emails worth of different questions and only 1 being due to my mistake of giving wrong information I made it into the office with her need to get some more information and was not even ready for me. She then goes forward with producing a quote and it comes up higher than I had been quoted, and my originally quote was already higher than some. She further goes on to spend over an hour trying to learn her program and I later find out from Mr Tuttle himself they are new and only been doing it a few weeks and are still learning on the customer. I further waited and after she was on the phone with a support agent for herself she gets off the phone to let me know I would need to put money down and it would be higher. I was making the choice to go to Jason Tuttle and Allstate because they offered a zero down and no payment until a month. She couldnt manage to do anything she had quoted me and none of my information I had given her for the quote had changed. They continued to portray that it was my fault because I had what they continued to refer to as a non standard insurance and they couldnt verify I had insurnace, this being after she told me to bring in 3 years worth of policys to prove me 100/300 coverage. After being completely embarassed by them and putting an entire afternoon to waste at this office Mr Tuttle began to tell me that somewhere I must have had a bad record and that is why I didnt have good insurance in the past so that it would cost me more to finally get better insurance.
I left this office, went to the State Farm office I had the quote from that was actually lower and they provided me a policy within 15 minutes at the price they stated and had no problem verifying my previous insurance and my driving history.

During my hours at the Allstate Agent Jason Tuttle I got the feeling of incompetency and inability to listen to their customers because they continued to quote and try to add a mutli policy with renters insurance and from the start I always said I did not want that, and that I had my insurance. They also attempted to get me to sign a paper that stated to cancel my policy and they wanted to fax this to my current insurance.
