I am a former jb dollar employee that was fired for asking questions about unethical practices being done by the company. I was previously the owner of an advertising co. that I sold in 2000, so I eventually figured out what the company was doing to scam both it's customers and employees. The first thing they do is make all new employees sign an agreement not to reveal anything they learn about the company. Secondly they make them sign a contract not to do work for any similar companies if they ever leave JB Dollar. They make all new employees enter all of their daily contacts, client phone #s, cell phones, etc. in to a co owned data base to which the company can lock out the employee and keep all contact info without paying the employee.
WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO CUSTOMERS...Even if a customer pays by check, credit card, or cash in advance JB DOLLAR will run their social security number and birthdate and get their credit and personal info without consent of the customer.
As far as pricing...nobody gets the same pricing its not about fairness..its about how much can they get from you...So once you give your soc. sec. #, they find out how much you can afford to pay!!
As a former owner of an adv. co. I know if a direct-mail company is MAILING SHORT.
JB DOLLAR does not provide US Postal form 3602 to customers or employees. I believe they are doing a practice of "skip mailing" where they do not mail as many pieces as they claim to.
