i sent for two pr of nordic style winter boots first two pr i sent a ck on 10-14-02, didn't hear from them or receive the boots. so i called and reordered by phone i still haven't had a response from doc marvel we are very upset.

We also ordered from this company about 4 years ago and were told that they are Canadian based, using a US Postal address. Therefore, we had no recourse but to write them repeatedly.
Can't remember the specifics but we lost about $20.00 and took it as a lesson learned - next time we checked companies out before we did business with them.
