I understand where your coming from and I understand the role of being a independent contractor, but when you prolong something that I've been calling and leaving voicemails for a month in a half with no call back not even a email, that is considered sketchy to me. I've been patient and all I wanted was someone to tell me that they were working on it but I got nothing until I posted on here, then he was mad. They did that to themselves and I have no sympathy for him or the way he handles business. He ignored the wrong person.

Your character speaks loudly too my dear. You can't bite the hand that feeds you and expect the hand to come back with more food. You likely violated your independent contract with the agency. In addition, you have to expect you won't be paid until they are paid. You're an independent contractor honey. You likely don't have money to be fronting others, so don't expect they will either. Yes, they shouldn't be making promises. They're wrong for doing that. But if you want a steady income, that ain't the business for you to be in. 

I recieved a check for 90 dollars for the sampling event, but not for the training I did for this. I don't even want to fight with these people anymore. I would consider this as a lost cause.

So I just recieved a phone call from Johnathan after I treid to call him 12 times this morning and many times in the past months, sent many emails in the past and left him a voice mail in the past with no call backs or replys. He called me only becasue I posted this permanent report on this web site stating that he never paid me. He stated that he would let his bank know to mail a check to me. He also suspended my account becasue I did report him for never replying back to me when I tried to call and then stated if I get my check and don't update this report then he would get me for defamation of character. So basically my account got suspended for wanting my fair share of pay. This company's character speaks for itsself.
