Jeep Chrsyler Redlands Autoplaza Don and Jamo My vehicle neede servicing for an ongoing transmission problem 2 years ago and it is ongoing. Twice i brought this vehicle in for an "overheating transmission" and Jamo who works in the bay area and another overweight bay area clerk, told me that the Jeep was "just hot" and all I needed to do was let it cool down, as it was under load. When driving the car to Los angeles with the air conditioner on, it overheats, when I put on the air...they told me, this was no big deal, and they never wanted to service it as they would get stuck with the payment, due to the warranty. The service manager is Don, he was equally as useless and gleefully told me, my warranty was now expired, as it was beyond the five year grace period, without transmission servicing. This dealership is sleazy, underhanded and looks for ways to not honor a contract, by stonewalling the customer until the warranty has expired or is null and void! I will never return to this revolting dealership! whenever i leave this place, I count my fingers for fear, they haven't been boosted by this pack of uneducated cut-throat miscreants! Do your business with someone else, these guys are all wrong... and crooked as a dog's hind leg. In a nutshell, THEY STINK! redlands California

Steer clear of this dealership...they are bigtime bad news! The guys that work the service bay, namely Jamo and some other overweight goon, are worthless as t***s on a boar hog! My car had an overheating transmission, for years...they never fixed it and continued to tell me, "just pull off the side of the road and let it cool down, under load! They refused to fix it, as it was under warranty and they would get stuck replacing and/or fixing the vehicle. Don, the equally worthless and sinister "service manager", gave me 30 minutes of mumbo-jumbo" on the phone, all the while enjoying the fact, that my warranty was expired and they never contacted me, to get the car serviced or analyzed, as they stone-walled me twice, when I brought it in complaining of it overheating out in the desert! Don, Jamo and the "overweight blob", that works in the "mindless" bay area (great place for uneducated, pathetic clerks), who work for peanuts and seem to get their jollies, stonewalling customers, in order to find a way to save a nickel, instead of doing the right thing and serving the customer...I even heard these bay clerks gloating about shafting customers and telling off-color jokes, replete with overt sexuality and other filthy rubbish, that I would rather not say...be that as it may, these miscreants have left me with a very poor taste in my mouth...my advice, get your car serviced elsewhere and buy your vehicle somewhere else, these guys are social deviants... BIGTIME!
