Jerry's Ford Lie and scam you out of money Alexandria Virginia

Don't trust Jerry's Ford... they will lie to your face and steal your money.  A common scam offered by Jerry's Ford is to throw in something "Free" at the last minute just before the sale.  Sounds good doesn't it?  Who doesn't want something 'worth' several hundred dollars free... and even if you don't want it, it's still free!  Just one problem... you still have to pay for it... they will put it on the invoice... but don't worry, they will take it off the back end of the already agreed to invoice price.  You're still getting charged the same, but they moved the charge around for unexplained accounting reasons... but don't worry the salesman and his cronies assure you. 

Then at financing you're presented a very complex invoice, which is hard to break out exactly what you are paying for... including taxes.  But don't worry they continue to assure.  Then when you get home and spend several hours adding up the numbers (it helps if you have a Master"s Degee in Accounting like me", you finally relize the numbers just don't add up and they over charged you several hundred dollars.

Then you call and confront them on the matter the sales manager has the audacity to deny it and pull out every excuse in the book.  Such as, "We sold this car so cheap we're already losing money on the deal!"  Honestly... do you really think they sold a brand new car at a lose?  Anyways, you can humor him for a while, and they state you're ready to contact the State's Attorney General Office and let them decide.  They immidiately change thier tune, blame the poor salesman (when this scam goes all the way up to the knowledge of the general manager), and give you your money back prompty.

Be ware, they are pretty clever at this scam and others... anytime they offer you something for "free" or try to change the terms at the last minute, just walk away.  Better yet, don't do business with these crooks in the first place.

What's worse, they are happy to screw over our military personnel.  Great company!
