I paid for a laptop over the last weekend and it was flagged by my card company but I asked them to put ithe charge through.

Monday came and I noticed there was no tracking number in my account online. I called Jet.com and the girl said it would update

in 24 hours. Tuesday came and there was no tracking number. I called Jet.com and the girl said it was being delivered on

Wednesday. I was home all day Wednesday and nothing came.

On Thursday, when I came home, Fedex had been here. My sons diapers I ordered and his other things were on the front porch.

There was no door tag for anything else. I called Jet.com and the girl told me not to worry, that sometimes the fedex drivers scan

a package and dont remember to deliver and she said to give it until 2pm Friday (the next day) and if it didnt come call them and

they would issue a refund or reship. I lost another day Friday. It never came. I called at 5pm and now everything changed and

they didnt refund or reship anything. Instead they became unfriendly and lied as they would not refund or reship.

They said they needed to investigate and would not even give a time frame. After talking to the first girl, I spoke to my husband

and he said to call back. So I did..thinking maybe the first girl had some training issue, but the second girl did the same thing. I

needed that laptop for filming this weekend and thanks to Jet.com I am out a lot more money than this cheap laptop. So, I called

my bank and filed a claim as I have no proof this item was even sent and these people have no remorse for their lies and

unprofessional behavior. After I was credited and my bank is going after them, they tried to cover their shady behavior by

requesting in an email for me to contact law enforcement about an item that I have not received. This is something that is not

possible to do without me receiving it. They know this as they have many reports here about people not receiving their orders and

they are only open ONE YEAR. Further, they said I have 7 days.

I have family in law enforcement and the ONLY way they require a police report is IF for example, someone saw this item and saw

someone take it. I stayed home ALL day WEDnesday because I thought I would need to sign for this. Apparently, their company

is so worried about losing this item that they NEVER required a signature. 

 

DONT ORDER FROM JET.COM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL SEE YOUR MONEY IS BY DOING A CHARGE BACK. THIS IS A GHETTO RUN COMPANY WITH NO ETTIQUETTE OR BUSINESS SKILLED EMPLOYEES.

MY PAYMENT WENT THROUGH and THEY TOOK IT FROM MY WALLET.  I NEVER GOT A REFUND EMAIL FROM COINPAYMENT.NET

ALL I GOT WAS A RUN AROUND.

TODAY COINPAYMENT.NET SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT STATED I COULD SEND THEM A BTC ADDRESS IN A REPLY TO THAT EMAIL AND THEY WOULD ISSUE A REFUND.

 

I DID THIS 4 TIMES AND EACH TIME INSTEAD OF GETTING A REFUND I GOT AN EMAIL TELLING ME TO OPEN A TICKET.

 

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS.

THE PRODUCT COST WAS .23

I SENT A TOTAL OF  .2581

 

THEY CLAIM I DIDNT SEND ENOUGH FOR FEES AND CONVENIENTLY THEY DONT TELL YOU THE FEES

 

SO HOW MUCH MORE WOULD THEY REQUIRE? WHEN I SENT THE BTC, THEY ACCEPTED IT AND THE WEBPAGE SAID "PAID"

 

PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THEM, NO ADDRESS,

AND NO NAMES. I WISH I NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH THEM, BUT I GOT THE REFERRAL FROM THE NEWS ARTICLE

AND I WILL BE REPORTING TO THEM AS WELL SO THEY WILL REMOVE THEM.
