Back in May 2014. I took my BMW for oil change at Jiffy Lube Niagara Falls at

most E46 BMWs have two big plastic covers to protect the car. The two pieces had to be removed in order to properly drain the oil. It took the technicians more than 1:45min to work on my car and they didn't seem to know what they are doing. I was surprised and kept asking them why it is taking so long! They kept replying that they are trying to secure the two plastic shields underneath. The fact was they broke the two pieces and they couldn't put them back! They actually did a very bad job and secured them using plastic ties. I didn't know this until I started driving my car then I heard weird sound on the way home. I pulled over and check my car and I could see something hanging a bit from underneath. I am driving on the HWY and all I heard is loud noise and something was flying behind me. I am glad it didn't hurt anyone but those were my two plastic covers. I called the location but they were closed on Sunday so I emailed the head office and they advised me to wait until the shop owner Barry contacts me. Barry did absolutely nothing until today to resolve this issue. I have contacted their head office again but I haven't heard anything back from them. I have actually emailed Barry a few times but nothing positive! 

This incident happed back in mid May 2014 and now July 24th and haven't heard back. I am hoping no other customers have to go through what I went through. They damaged my car and nothing is done to fix it

I am done with those scammers and never wanted to deal with them. I am sure my 13 year old nephew will do better in changing my oil

 Damages that Barry and his technicians caused me is over $900. Who is going to pay that? No one is responsible and not sure why this type of business is allowed to run.
