I have received horrid service on my 2004 Dodge Durango from Jim Click Dodge's service department. They have damaged my hitched cover, put scratches in my bumper and right front quarter panel and damaged my chrome rims when they had my vehicle for multiple days.
My truck is two years old and has spent close to a month total sitting on their lot waiting for them to repair it. I have complained to the Jim Click Dodge general manager and received empty promises. My wife dropped our truck off on the 5th of August and the dealership did provide a rental because of all our problems.
Rocky, the general manager, promised all the issues would be fixed including the damage they had done to our SUV. When we went to pick it up yesterday, the damage wasn't fixed and the service manager said he didn't even know about it and there were wires hanging from the dash area into the break and gas pedals. This is not the first time this dealership has done shoddy work on my truck. The last time I brought it in to have the radio replaced (CD player stopped working) and to have the rear hatch fixed because the ajar light would come on when it was closed. When I picked it up everything was supposed to be fixed. Not only was nothing fixed, but they had damaged my front bumper, chrome rim, broke a piece off of the console that covers the radio, disabled the alarm I purchased from them with the SUV, installed a defective replacement radio and the interior lights did not come on when the rear hatch was opened.
My truck was in far worse shape than before I dropped it off and they have the nerve to say I'm a hard customer to deal with because I'm ticked off at the condition of my SUV and their poor service department. They finally fixed the rear hatch, but at the expense of the alarm they installed and I paid for. I no longer have an alarm covering the rear hatch. If someone busts out my rear window, the alarm will not sound. It only covers the ignition, front and passenger doors and windows. The rear hatch isn't alarmed at all. They said that's the only way they could fix the rear hatch ajar light. I told the service manager that I bought it from them with the SUV brand new and he said I can't control what the sales department sells and that's the only way he could fix the problem with the rear hatch ajar light. Ridiculous!
I have an appointment on the 22nd to get the scratches taken care of, but nothing for the chrome rim, front bumper damage and hitch cover they damaged. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with any of the Jim Click dealerships. They absolutely have no service after the sale. The will pretend to care about you, but do nothing and continue to provide the worst service I have ever received. I've called and asked for Jim Click, but apparently he hides from his customers and only appears in his television commercials. They gave me a P.O. Box address I could write to and a fax number. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Is it true that Jim Click is fighting FOR THE illegals?

Good reading I found on the net is below
I just heard some news on the talk show about how the "big money men" of phoenix(but with no class)are going to challenge the new legal worker law. It's called "wake up arizona"HAHAHA,WE HAVE WOKEN UP!!!!
It seems that Jerry Colangio(sp) the maker of the Diamondbacks and Suns,Jim Click,an auto dealer in Tucson,The CEO of Meritage Homes,(I used to work for those low-life cheap material house builders, before they replaced me with an illegal)and a guy named Mac McGruder(bigwig with McDonalds are planning to fight the Legal worker prop that 80% of us voted for!!
They are saying the same thing that all of the losers are saying"It will hurt our economy","your tomatoes will cost more",blah, blah, blah. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. They're pissed because it's hurting their precious BOTTOM LINE. Which is understandable. That's whgat people are in buisness for.BUT NOT AT THE EXPENSE OF THE LEGAL AMERICAN WORKER.
My tomatoes will cost the same, they just won't be making as much and a LEGAL worker will be making a decent living because he will have to be paid more. So....we have the upper hand here,I say BOYCOTT all Mc Donalds(all they're meat is from china, and they're putting poison in it)Find out what developements(that's what he's into now, hence the opposition to the prop.)
Jerry Colangio has and boycott them,Find out what dealership Jim Click is affilated with and run him out of business. Before you know it we will have a happy and prosperious Phoenix. It's been a real delight not to see all those illegals on the street corners and all the work sited darn near shut down. To be continued.......

All problems fixed after fax complaint to dealership owner

I faxed a letter to the dealership owner. Shortly after sending it, I received a call and all the damage to my truck has been fixed as well as the problem with the alarm they sold me.
For the first time in a long time, my truck is sitting in my driveway with no problems and no parts on order to fix a problem. It's unfortunate that it took that much to get my problems resolved, but at least they are resolved now.
