JIMMY JOHN'S GOURMET SANDWICHES MANAGER KAREN THE MANAGER BY THE NAME OF KAREN WAS SO RUDE AND THEY NEVER DELIVERD OUR FOOD TO OUR WORK AREA AND THEN WHEN WE CALLED THE MANAGER WAS RUDE AND SHE EXPECTED FOR OUR GROUP TO PAY HOLLAND MICHIGAN

First of all we work for a big company and we only get a 20 minute lunch so we called jimmy johns gourmet sandwiches around 10:30 am and we placed our order for delivery to deliver around 11:30 or 11:45 because we have lunch at 12:00. We go to lunch and our food is not there our lunch brake is over and still no food so we called the restaurant again and the manager starts arguing that she did send someone there and that no one came out and then she says that she will be sending the delivery person again to our work so we can pay her for the sandwiches that never got deliverd to us

she was so not very profesional not at all I do not recomend this restaurant to anyone poor service and very rude manager that lost about 30 customers because of that miscomunication the manager said she forgot to get the girls name thats why she never deliverd them but her money for the sandwiches were at the front office in the receptionist desk

Hello. I am a manager at a few of the Des Moines, Iowa locations, and after reading your opinion on Jimmy John's I do ask that you re-think your opinion of this company. First and foremost, it is indeed a franchise, and although all franchises are supposed to operate in the same manner as the next, occasionally the management on duty has poor work habits, and unfortunatly reflects pooly on that store. It sounds to me as if you do have a valid argument, and have the right to be upset. I apologize for the miscommunication, and believe it should have been dealt with in another manner. Ordering that early (10:30am) should have little or no impact on your delivery time. Please reconsider trying that store again. If the same, or another problem accurs, contact the store general manager, and move your complaint up the chain of command.

Jimmy John's is a franchise operation and therefore they are independantly owned and operated. I would try calling the store and ask to speak with the owner.
