JLM Total Facility Maintenance Inc. Norma Jean Wilson Might want to beware this "company" Winter Springs Florida

I am the original author. First of all, the only phone conversations I ever had with this company is when they called me. I don't know who is calling them late at night, but it wasn't me. Secondly, I looked back at the emails I sent. They were at 2:23 pm, 5:39 pm, 8:20 pm, that's it.

I do need to make a correction to my original post. I stated that I requested their address four times. It was actually three times. My original phone conversation with Norma Jean, and my first and second emails. I don't want to unnecessarily impugne anyone. I strive to state all the facts accurately, and when I offer my opinion I try to note it as opinion.

There was never any email or conversation where they "advised me" that "calling and emailing employees in the middle of the night for information was unacceptable" or anything of the sort whatsoever. Either they have me confused with another vendor, or they're fabricating this.

She states "retaliation"?? For what? I had nothing to retaliate for. I declined to work for their company, and they didn't owe me a penny. Case closed in my mind. I did not file my report out of retaliation. I filed it, because I have been in this business a very long time, and have worked for more maintenance companies than I can count. And there are a lot of bad ones out there that pop into existance, get some accounts, do a bunch of work nationwide, never pay their vendors, and disappear. I've followed quite a few people over the years who start a new company every year or two, leaving all their vendors hanging. That's why I check companies out before granting credit. I filed my report as factual information, so that other vendors like me can make an innformed decision as to whether or not to take a chance with this company. I decided not to. I did state in my original report, that perhaps JNM does pay it's vendors. I don't know for sure. Although I would have to say, again based on many years of working with countless companies like this from small home based ones, to giant worldwide providors, that Norma Jean's claim of 8000+ vendors seems unlikely in the extreme.

That's also why I ask for a company's address. I can't imagine a single legitimate reason why a nationwide service providor would need to keep their address a secret. I can imagine several reasons why someone WOULD want to keep their address a secret, and none of them say "grant this person credit". 

I work for many small service providors who work out of their home. I don't see that as a drawback or a negative. That's how many businesses start, including mine. But again, when a company is asked for their address, and first they duck the question, then duck it again, then the president of the company "can't remember" the address they originally listed, obviously there's some reason they want to keep it a secret. Not a good sign.

JNM's Linkedin page states 201-500 employees. If that means direct employees, then that would mean an office building, with an address. If that's referring to vendors, that would seem to be less than the 8000+ she stated here.

Also her Linked in page lists: "16 years experience, progressing from Project Management to CEO". CEO, impressive, but she doesn't even list a company name that she was the CEO of. Odd

Some new information to add. I wasn't going to bother, as I had forgotten about them until I got the email alert of their response.  Norma Jean lists six months at SCIFM (Salvadore construction) This is also obviously where she "sourced" all her contracts. The contracts JNM sent me had JNM inserted all over them, but she missed probably half a dozen places in them where "SCIFM" was still in there. I called Salvadore, and asked them if they would be interested in getting a copy of what she had sent me. Oh, they were interested alright!

Secondly, I went to the Florida State website where she directed me, to see what address she had originally filed for her company. It was "Wilson Norma J
2734 Chaddsford Circle
Oviedo, FL 32765"

I also came across this. It was from the 2012 Seminole Chronicle. Thursday, Nov 29, 2012> "Norma Wilson, 46, of the 2000 block of Chaddsford Circle, Oviedo, was booked into the John E. Polk Correctional Facility on Nov. 26, and charged with fraud, larceny, obstructing justice, resisting an officer and a nonmoving traffic violation."

Hmmm....

JNM Total Facility Maintenance Inc welcomes and recommends anyone to "Google" and investigate the company before doing business with us. One gruntled vendor complaining out of the 8,000+ that we actually WORK WITH is trivial. 

JNM values its employees and their safety. When someone who is not known to us at all but is so persistent for personal information, it makes us leary as well. The vendor was advised that the informatation was listed on the website for the State of Florida and that calling and emailing employees in the middle of the night for information was unacceptable.

JNM Total Facility Maintenance Inc or any of it's employees cannot prevent negative posts generated from retaliation. However, please keep in mind, there is always two sides to a story. Take the wise and mature approach, "Don't believe everything you hear or read."
