Joe Carlo and Yellow Credit/Beacon Credit are a rip off scam. Joe is all nice and calls you and returns calls until he's paid in full. Nothing gets done to repair your credit. A jacka** like this just preys on people that are on hard times. Someone should pay him a personal visit and put him out of business. I'm going to the State Attorney's Office
