8 months ago I purchased a car from Joe Ricco Automotive Group in Taylor Michigan, I was up front and honest that this car would be my first I was purchasing on my own since my husband was killed by a drunk driver last year and I wanted something safe and reliable for my two young children, the salesman, also named Joe seemed really great, honest and was very nice but made me feel terrible because he kept telling me they were losing money on the car, Mr. Ricci was going to throw a fit because he gave me the deal of a lifetime. I was thrilled when I was put into one of the cats I wanted. We bought the car on a Saturday, the dealership was closing and the detailers had already gone for the day, the car was

covered with pollen and the inside also needed to be detailed, The salesman said, my guys are gone for the day can you come back up to get pot detailed this week, I agreed. I was ecstatic to be driving my new car, so I decided to wash the outside myself and when I did I uncovered a number of scratches under the pollen and needless to say I was upset. I went to the dealership that following week thinking they would detail the car and buff out the scratches that were uncovered, and I was told sorry you know I lost money I can't help you and they also wanted $65 to detail it and I declined. A few days later I got a call from the salesmen, telling be there was a problem with my financial company and

my ssi income was not going to be significant enough for them to use for the loan but for only $300 they could get their detail company forge a letter stating that my cobuyer worked for them, I declined. A fewv daddy's later I received another call from the salesmen saying how upset his boss (joe ricci) was with him because not only the"killer" deal I received but now the financial company needed more info, so he took it upon himself to tell my loan company that I worked for a some company downriver that I hand never heard of. The following weekend that the car was purchased my check engine lightbwent on along with the oil chage light, so I took it to a shop for an oil change, when doing the oil

change the man told me that the car food not even have an oil filter, and the oil was so thick and chunky it looked like it hadnt been changed in a year or more. About a month after I bought the car I had to replaced the breaks because they be gain to grinde and that was a $400 repair, after that I found out my rim was bent as well. A few months later my air conditioning went out and the following week my thermostat and water tank went. Admit two months later my heater core went out and my alternator too. While getting my alternator fixed my licensed mechanic informed me that the battery in my car was 4 years older then the actual car itself, and also my entire electrical system needed to be replaced which

would cost me around $1600, on top of $500 for the greater core, and additional cost for the air conditioning and battery. There was a warranty purchased with the vehicle but they will not agree to fix any of these issues either. Out of frustration I called the dealer to ask if they could help me with anything and the sales manager told me that they only made $300 off of me and I wasn't their problem anymore. Today was the last straw for me, I was driving to pick my children up from school when all of the lights went bright on my car, the breaks and the power steering went out and my car completely shut off and would not restart in the middle of a busy intersection, and the car had to be towed home

which cost me more money. That was the third time my car has shut down because of electrical issues. I again called the dealer today and after being transferred 4 times they told me I could always come buy a new one if I'm not happy with my current one. I'm terrified to drive it but it is my only form of transportation for my children and myself to get to and from school.
