First of all I want to thank the people here at ripoffreport.com for providing a means for reporting these issues.
I take my car over to this"mechanic" who calls himself The Prodigious One. Later on I find out why in no uncer-
tain terms. I pay him $800 for a total repairing of my car transmission. He gives me the receipt and with it a 6
month guarantee. 2 weeks later I took the car back to him because the car would only move if I shifted it from
drive to 1st shift. So, he "fixed" that. Three days later I take the car back to the "Prodigious One" because now
the car will not take the reverse shift. As of this writing the car has to be pushed in order to reverse and it's
leaking transmission fluid. This guy could give a rat's a*s about the fact my father had passed away recently
nor that I had recently had a pace maker removed for a more potent one known as a defibrilator of 3 cables.
Psychopaths are defined as having no thought or empathy for others as long as they can reach their selfish
goals and gains. You're broke,sick, dying,grieving , too bad for you. Tough! The means always justifies the
end for psychopaths. A guy with a mansion,a yacht and two new hummers did this to me and to others. Tough!

It's been a while and according to our legal system it's going to be a few more whiles. It's already been three years and our
pathetic legal system has not even had the minimal capacities to make this PRODIGIO TRANSMISSION guy return he $800
he robbbed from me. I've had to under go psychiatric treatment because now I've been victimized twice . By PRODIGIO TRANSMISSION and our so called cess pool legal system. We have already been cited and PRODIGIO TRANSMISSION did not show up and the legal system has done jack about his absence . This truly adds insult to injury ladies and gentlemen. The most terrifying thing is my friend telling me "our legal system is not about justice , it's all about RESOLUTIONS. Which simply and clearly means , my chances of getting my money back from this low life thief are 80 to 95%. Again I thank the poeple of RipOff report for granting me relief of this pain.

Thank you. Yesterday 17/05/2016 . This is to inform that yesterday was the hearing concerning the "auto mechanic" who ruined my car transmission and robbing me of $800. He didn't show up to the hearing. The investigation was proved to be
correct and damages to my car were legally confirmed. They will reach a resolution to notify me concerning the payment for damages to my car. I won the case thanks to the investigation and my persistance,I also want to thank Ripoff Report for playing a huge role here. My advice to all victims of fraud is to use RipOff report and the tools available here. I will get back to you when this is done. Thank you.

The nasty wanna be auto mechanic has to refund my $800. But it doesn't end here. Not by far. I'm still going to do my best
by hitting him with a good old fashion law suit for all the emotional and medical hell he put me through. $800 will never pay
off all the hell he put me through. Now it's my turn to raise some hell and throw it back at his greedy and psychopathic life.

Thank you ladies and gentlemen for reading this and to the brave and supportive RipoffReport staff. I offered this "mechanic the deal of the $800 that he stole from me to return me $600 and we would leave this behind. Answered NO. Well this past Tuesday the inspector and me went to his shop and the inspector found the car does not shift reverse and that I had to push it anywhere I go . He also found the car still leaking transmission oil. So I asked him where is the receipt of the parts? To which he answered in front of the inspector, "I don't have to give you anything." his demeanor was pretty hostile to me. So me and the inspector will meet tomorrow and talk about the court protocol because the "mechanic" clearly has no intention to return my money.
This "mechanic"is not arrogant and bad. He is much worse than that. He's a psychopath and a danger ous one at that. For the psychopath there's only one way, I'ts his way or the highway. My heart condition, my financial doom my father's murder, whether I eat or not, whether they cut my electricity or water service is of no import at all to him. And he is aware of my situation. He does not give a d**n about it. For psychopaths the end always justifies the means. I will keep you guys updated. This question I'm about to ask you hurts . Does anyone know anything about funding ? Or where to find the best one ? I'am willing to negotiate the one hand washes the other. i'm bilingual and can teach and or translate for you english or spanish for you. If the staff finds my enquiry out of place and i'll edit it or erase it. No problem. Thank you

Hello ladies and gentlemen. Thank you people of ripoffreport. This is just totally incredible ! Joel Oliver Rivera aka Prodigio
Transmission has hired a lawyer in order to represent him in court because he refuses to pay me back the $800 he stole from
me after leaving my car in MUCH WORSE condition than when I took the car to him in the first place. Now the reverse shift
of my car does not work and I have to push the car in order to leave any parking space in reverse . And the transmission
is still leaking oil !! Thank you
