Joel Joseph Peterson AKA Shawn Peterson hounded me to buy several different types of data.  I finally gave him a chance on aged tv call ins.  I was leary due to him not using PayPal or a merchant account but than laid a guilt trip on me that he spent his money on a file based on "my word" that I wanted the file so I against my better judgement sent him $1000 and than he went totally dark.  He Skyped me 20 times per day than when I paid never responded to Skype's or emails.  I found his phone number and called him...he answered I said "Hello Joel, this is Greg March and he hung up like a child although he is 57 years old.  Sad part is he has a child...great role medel.  I will have him prsecuted for wire fraud as he has done this across state lines and is a repeat offender.  The AG in my district is going to have him arrested.  All over a lousy $1000.  I would normally just write it off but the fact that he is this big of a scum bag, I am going to see to it that he is arrested and does time.
