I can't believe this to be True about John Fedro. I came across John's program towards the end of last year through YouTube. John helped me for a period of time before I even became a student in his program. After, I bought the program I gained even more value  from the content in his modules. John has many students under him, but you would not know it because he responds "personally" everyday to emails, and calls.

To anyone thinking of purchasing Johns program DO NOT allow this Complaint to stop you.John educational program is SOLID!! This is a Genuine testimony of John and his program. Also, please see my attachment for John's quick email responses. Happy Investing!

The Mobile Home Deal Maker Formula and John Fedro are the real deal. This company has never been anything but honest, fair, reliable and super helpful whenever I needed from them. John goes out of his way to personally email me if I have not talked to him in a few days.

Anyone commenting that they have been successful after 1 YEAR is lazy and likely halfa**ing this business. Investing in real estate, even mobile homes, is hard work that takes disciple to learn and push yourself to continually build this side business. John and his team do a great job setting the stage, teaching, answering questions and motivating. Personally I am happy that some people fail as this is more deals for the investors that don't quit.

Please keep doing what you are doing guys and don't let a few negative jerks keep you down even for one second. I highly recommend this to anyone that is ready to actually put in effort, wants another income stream, and likes helping people.

We have been members for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say about John and his program.  He has been a great help to us from our first deal to our last.  We have completed eight deals and John is always just a phone call away.  I am sure this is just a misunderstanding that can be fixed with a phone call or email.  John has included his contact info in his rebuttal.  I urge Lyle to contact him and get this straightened out.  I know John will help if he can.

Thank you for taking the interest to look me up, John Fedro, and read through this value report. This report is interesting as the reviewer, "Lyle" (whom I have no record of) brings up many interesting points in his review that are very valuable to you, the interested reader.

Before reading this please note: To today's date we have no record of anyone asking about $1,500 worth of stolen charges. This amount does not leave by mistake or accident or get processed with error. I say this to encourage "Lyle", the original poster, so these issues can be brought to light and more importantly his wife and he can move forward to achieve the results others in California investors are already seeing with our program and assistance.

The majority of the remaining portion of this reply with be written to "Lyle" and his wife. Please read on... 

Please see my thoughts below. I have italicized Lyle's comments to differentiate my responses from his.

I used mobile home formula to create better cash flow for my family.....what I learned gave me knowledge but no help financially...intact it hurt my family financially. I am glad you received value and gained knowledge however knowledge is a waste if you stop pushing forward, or never take action. I encourage and email members weekly to see how their results from each action assignment have been developing. As you know we have action assignments that we ask for to show your effort and process moving forward weekly so I may give you needed advice and comments acbout active deals.

If you have not had results similiar to our members in our private Facebook group or located here http://www.mobilehomeinvesting.net/investor-reviews why have you not asked for help via email or phone. I am always available to help as-much-as-needed however you much reach out. It pains me that you held this in and have no results to show, I am curious on your effort and results of the action assignments I am discussing? John fedro and his mobile home flipping formula is a rip off.. Please explain what you mean by "rip off"? The material, the training, the on-going support, the bi weekly calls, the 100+ tutorial videos, the California specific lessons? Once we know the rip-off we can move forward with helping you past these hurdles. I know our system works for investors in your local area so please let me know your stumbling blocks so we can overcome them together.

Each month I learned that he's draining my wife's account with fees I never authorized.. Anyone charging you with no authorization is breaking the law and should be thrown in jail. If however you have signed up for ongoing training this is not considered fraud. Contact me via email below so we can clear up all issues and concerns you have.

with no legitimate way of contacting them to correct this problem....can anyone help!!!! I don't understand. When you signed up you have our phone number, email address, and even Facebook contacts?? We email you weekly for updates?? Have you or your wife never received these emails? Please contact me via the email below.

I have lost over $1,500 behind this company stealing money out of my wife's account.. $1,500 is a lot of money. Stealing is the act of not being authorized to charge you monthly for a service you agreed to. I do not see how we stole anything from you however again please reach out to me on this matter to clear up the issue and start moving forward.

To all readers: It is my belief to do what you say you are going to do, with sellers, with buyers, with investors,  with family, with everybody. If you are an existing member of the Mobile Home Formula than you know we go to great lengths to help everyone quickly and promptly.

By the sounds of this review it almost seems as if someone is purposely trying to make us look negative. I know however I can only keep doing what I am doing and continue to keep helping others and the truth will be known with enough time.
