I suggest they contact the builder that actual builds the home and ask them to give them details of all and any commissions and fees that are paid to John Fitzgerald or Custodian Wealth Builders or any associatted companies and if that amount is around $45,000? 

If this has been done and I strongly suggest it has been and is being done on not only John's but also every property marketeer in Australia so that it gets around PAMDA dislosure laws - having said that it is illegal under the Secret commissions law and also possibly the Financial services act. If this has been the case they should instruct a lawyer to sue the Builder, John Fitzgerals and Custodian as well as the Financier of the home. 

They should then contact Neil Jenman, ACA and Today Tonight so that this can be publicised and stop others from being put in the same situation.
