Negligent employees damaged the car of a fellow owner on condo property.
Liability was acknowledged but refused to pay for damages. Now stating car was already damaged!!!

Actual workmanship was excellent and professional

The contract for interior renovations to a condominium were completed in a professional and timely manner much to the delight of the unit owner. Minor damage occurred to a third party vehicle in the condominium parking lot which resulted in considerable misunderstanding.
To reiterate. The quality of the workmanship was not in issue. The workmanship, cleanliness and timeliness were very satisfactory. In fact other unit owners were so impressed that John Lytle was retained to do renovations in their units
