John M. Carter swindled $10,000 in cash from me. He took money we had invested in an apartment complex but never delivered the money to the owner and he stole money from my account. He stole $4500 from me in attorneys fees. He was disbarred in NE and in IA for misappropiating funds but continues to practice in the state of CA. see site for courts ruling below

He stole funds from a deceased clients relative that he represented in Texas, He stole funds from a church in NE, and than had the church demolished and left with the funds. He continues to practice as an attorney in California, he has a tax business in california. If this individual approach you, do not give him your money. Do not pay him for any services that he is not entitled to. Do your research because he will steal your money.
