John Nattin Needed a down payment to buy "Hotel Cala B&B" in Alejuela Costa Rica. Sheridan Arkansas

We spoke and planned together to buy into a B&B in Cosat Rica. He also had another 2 investors "Derek & his father" from Lousiana that were also to help invest. The Price was $16,000. The agreemnt was to pay $1500 as a down payment and the rest would be paid the following month. The money never went to a down payment and he pocketed it.
The deal never happened and he took $500 from me and $750 from Derek. To this day no money has been paid back to me and he has refused to call me and aknowledge that he stole the money and spent it on himself.
The man is lier, a drunk and absolutely worthless.

We spoke and planned together to buy into a B&B in Cosat Rica. He also had another 2 investors "Derek & Derek's Father" from Lousiana that were also to help invest. The Price was $16,000. The agreement was to pay $1500 as a "Good Faith" down payment and the rest would be paid the following month. The money never went to a down payment and he pocketed it. The deal was squashed if it ever really existed at all. The whole thing could have been a lie/scam? Not sure...
The deal never happened and he took $500 from me and $750 from Derek. To this day no money has been paid back to me, or to Derek and his father. He has refused to call me and acknowledge that he stole the money and spent it on himself.
The man is liar, a ***** and absolutely worthless. His family and what friends he does have should be very proud of him.
Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. It takes a real coward to steal from people.
