John Pappalardo Dishonest and Incompetant White Plains, New York

John Pappalardo takes cases as a Children's Attorney but refuses to follow the laws that are in place to govern such relationships and to protect minor children.

Mr. Pappalardo has his own pre-concieved agenda, which he will vigerously put forth, regardless of the wishes of his client. He continually engages in private "ex parte" communications, off the record, with the judges (who should know better but are not subject to laws). Mr. Pappalardo uses those off the record conversations to present his personal opinions. Upon returning to the courtroom, he engages in a ridiculous pantomine in which he says  "On the record" that he opposes the ruling and "vigerously" supports his client (whom he just sold out in the back room).

He is clearly aware of the malpractice statutues, as he makes it a point to use language on the record to "demonstrate" that he is not committing malpractice! He often refuses to speak to his clients for months at a time, but will appear in court and "represent" their views!

He is slimy, smarmy and leering. Women, beware! He is not above making comments on your appearance to the court and other counsel. He has tried repeatedly to get me alone and when I failed to acquiece, he became verbally assualtive.
