Like the other reports here, this guy is a thief and nothing else. If he was robbing banks, the cops would do something, but because he is stealing the money from people in this manner, he continues to get away with it. He needs to be stopped. We plan to file a small claim suit...not that we expect he'll pay or even show, but rather to get a judgement out there against him. He has to be stopped.
His website references legitimate stone suppliers and accreditations. Unfortunately, it's all a lie. Tim at Marble & Granite of Norwood,MA (linked at Rizzo's website) confirmed with me that they, too, have been duped by him; they delivered stone to one of his jobs and his check bounced and he disappeared.
He sends you on wild goose chases with stone suppliers whom he never pays for the stone. He said he'd send the deposit back...yea right. Never happened. Don't fall for his nice phone demeanor, or you, too , will lose any money you send him as well as delay your project due to his games and antics.
