Roomster is a total scam and its CEO John Shriber billed my credit card 24 hours earlier than its terms of service stated. Just go online anywhere and google John Shriber or Roomster and there are thousands of others like me who have been fradualntly decieved by this site. They have the worst customer service ever and when you try to contact them they keep sending you automated replies. I was able to find their phone number online and I left nearly 20 messages and no one returns my calls. Almost all the companies i have used online contact you when they are about to charge your credit card. But not Roomster.
They make it so easy to enter your card, but to cancel your account it is nearly impossible. It doesnt take a rocket sceintist to realize that this site is built to scam people. In addition every single user that contacted me on the site was a scammer requesting me to send money in sctechy ways. [continued below]....
