I bought a program online and found it was useless so i ended up removing it from my computer Now not realizing that i had ticked a place on thier formfor a payment to be taken out eah year well when they did i sent a copy to them and requesting that the money be put back into the bank Well i get a auto reply and it is twice that i have sent this and now i have had to change my credit card so they cannot raid it anymore
