If you’re thinking about giving Jon Tarr and Kyle Bell your hard-earned money then I hope you will reconsider... because my terrible experience with them seems to be a common trend with past buyers of theirs.

Back in July 2015, Jon Tarr posted on his Facebook wall saying him and his partner, Kyle Bell used to do around $1,000,000 per month in revenue with CPA Marketing. And they were looking to “ramp up their business” and were looking for people to help them do that.

Jon gave the impression that you would use his money for the campaigns and you’d learn everything. And specifically “you will manage ad accounts with budgets in the $12,000 - $50,000 per day range”. And “you will get 30% of net profits”. And “you will start the very next day after payment”.

At the time it sounded like a good deal. Learn from the supposed pros and get paid to do so. Now of course there was an upfront fee of $7,500 (to filter out the looky-loos). Jon Tarr preferred wire to his company Trail Blazer Marketing, LLC. But if you paid via PayPal he’d send you the invoice via his wife’s account, Catherine Tarr PLC.

Red Flag #1: His own PayPal account must have been suspended due to possible fraud and past customers wanting their money back.

If I could’ve traveled back into time before I handed over my money… I would’ve asked Jon Tarr via Skype for 1) Live numbers and to show me he is making money with what he plans on teaching and 2) For proof that they already had ad campaigns with daily spends in the $12,000 - $50,000 that I could manage. I suggest you do this before handing over your hard-earned money to anyone.

However, I didn’t. The only reason I was even following Jon Tarr on Facebook was because I discovered another prominent CPA Marketer was mentored by him. So I believed he was a legit mentor.

But, I later learned from the other prominent marketer that Jon Tarr “screwed over 200 people before” (check out the past Rip Off Report from August 1, 2014). I also learned that the other marketer doesn’t even do what Jon taught him to make money now and claimed his experience with Jon "wasn't very good to be honest".

Another suggestion 3) I would ask past buyers of theirs that actually *paid $7,500 or more* about what their experience with Jon Tarr and Kyle Bell is. And I would do this over Skype. If they make income claims, ask for live numbers. However, if you do this I believe you probably won’t find any successful students that would credit their success to Jon or Kyle.

Why do I say this? Because when I joined back in July, there were 8 students. 7 of us paid $7,500 either via Wire or PayPal. In the first 30-days we didn’t even run ads. So much for “starting the next day”. Finally after 60-days, we did finally begin to run ads. However, it was nowhere near the “$12,000 - $50,000 per day daily spend range”. We started from scratch. There was NO business already in place.

After 90-days, we were all fed up. We ran a total of just under $50,000 in ad spend TOTAL. That’s like $5,000 in ad spend each, total. Jon and Kyle had campaigns too. They couldn't run anything successful or sustainable themselves. Again, nowhere near the numbers they claimed. And to top it off no one got paid… because they couldn’t figure out how to even run ads profitably and sustainably in the first place.

The crazy thing is there were two other members in the group that were learning from Jon and Kyle about 2-months before me and the others joined. That means those other two members stayed on board for around 150-days with no results.

At this point we were all fed up and finally realized we weren’t receiving what Jon Tarr initially described (and we won’t be receiving what Jon initially described - ever)… so we asked for refunds. Jon declined.

We soon found out that they weren’t even the ones funding the campaigns at all. Two other investors had to fund the campaigns because Jon and Kyle didn’t even have the money. And the investors lost around $200,000 after also being led on by Jon each week waiting for what Jon claimed… “the big payday is coming”. We learned this after talking via Skype with the investors. They had their names on the Credit Cards we used to fund the ads and they weren’t even aware we were involved until we told them. They suggested we file chargebacks or disputes and they'd do what they could on their end to recoup their investment.

If I knew about this sooner, this would have of course been a red flag. But I doubt Jon and Kyle will be the first ones to claim that they need outside funding to fund their campaigns because… they are not making money doing what they teach. Doesn't really look good on their part when attracting future buyers.

However, what’s worse is that Jon was looking for more people to teach while working with us even though we weren’t even managing accounts with big daily budgets nor did we have anything sustainable going. But this time he was charging $10,000 or more.

So if you’re going to deal with join Jon Tarr and Kyle Bell in any way whatsoever, I urge you to look out for the Red Flags and do your due diligence. Ask for live numbers. Find as many past students as you can and talk with them via Skype. Ultimately, you will probably discover whatever Jon Tarr and Kyle Bell says ends up NOT aligning with reality.

Hopefully I can save someone else their time and money… because this was not only a bad decision financially, it was also the biggest waste of time I’ve ever spent.

This is a fake report

AUTHOR: Jon - (United States of America)

It is hard to respond to an anyonomous report.  I have trained over 400 people on Traffic and CPA traffic.  I have an outstanding reputation in the world of online marketing.  I have worked with some of the top "guru's" in the industry.

I don't understand what this person is talking about in their ramblings.

200 people unhappy???  Does anyonomous have 200 affidavit's from unhappy customers?

This is just hersay and is nothing relevant.

Again, since I do not have any particular name I can't share my side of that person's story because I don't have a context of their experience with me or my experience with them.

Here is my Linkden profile with tons of connections and testimonials.

Honestly, I am embarrased that the "Rip Off Report" would post a report with no documentation of money paid or conversations with me or anything else.

I can't dance with ghosts.
