Run don't walk away from Johnathan E. Hausburg. This excuse of an attorney is a true Narcissist, a gas lighting, selfish Narcissist! It is all about him even when it should be about you. I did all the work hired him 3 weeks before ALJ, I would have gotten favorable without him just thought I needed him... What a joke this attorney is. He did nothing but show in court for 20 min. When ALJ WAS DONE HE WALKED AWAY WITHOUT A WORD TO ME. Left over 9k on the table in Back Pay.
Once he got his 6k from my back pay he was done with me. Though I haven't seen a penny for over 5 weeks . My Calls are ignored. I thought job is not done until I have my $$$. He got his 6k (approximately $2500.00 per hr. I can't even pay bills. I called ssa to get dire need status. I paid him to do this. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY YOU WILL REGRET IT!

This is a fraudulent claim. We WON the case for this individual. As in all Social Security cases, you must prevail in order to be awarded a fee. In this case we did win and the presiding Judge determined the amount of the fee and ordered it paid by SSA from the claimant's past due benefits without objection.
The fee process was followed as prescribed under federal law. This individual demanded that we refund a portion of the fee and threatened to file a ripoff report if we did not. We did not comply. This is amounts to extortion.
