jonathan was a landlord and he has riped off sooo much of his tenets. he has riped off brenda and bernard and chris haddock he has stolen there laptopes and all there mail and brock in chris;s apt a number of times he cut all of his wires so that he cant use the apt and took a computer out of apt a and it was a geft from chriss mom brenda. and he has tuned on power and said it went with the rent. win he got cot steeling bank info from the internet chris asked jonathan to leve. and jonathan got mad at chris. thin two mouthes later jonothan called the tip line and said that chris had free cable the jonathan had hooked up years befor chris moved in jonathan had ran cable from apt a in to apt b and call the cable compony and said that chris was steeling cable the cable com did not charge iny one there for the cable but will bill jonathan richard for it. jonathan had put gas in the fowers in front and back of the apts as a get back and cut the water pipes up as will and there was a leek in apt a water billes were hiiii. and chris had to use water in apt b tell it got hes fixed. jonathan had cost his tin a lot of cash. and made reports and said that they lived free for yeas. they had to pay a lot in repares for jonathans get back and all of his braking things and flat tires jonathan has put nails in road so that his tennets get flate tires it has cost bernad and brenda soo much munny for repaer for that and they could not get were they waned to go they are in there 60s jonathan is a stocker beware of this person do not buy iny thing from this person or rent from him. or do not date him he will stock and he will not stop for nothing. he had done all of this to chris haddock and all of his famley he will live with you and will not work. chris has done bad thing but jonathan will not lit hem get head in life jonathan has stocked chris for yeas and made reports on hin and calling every one in town to get chris haddock in soooooo much truble and made up thing to make hin in more truble. jonathan had played with all phones and taped in to thim and took all of chriss computer stuff and put it on line. jonathan has hacked his ip addess as will sooo be carefull of this person jonathan F. richards AND DO NOT DATE HIM AND lit him be your landlard.

Jonathan F. Richard we all know you worked at TTECO. After you been but in jail used Chris to get you out of jail and he help you safe your life and help you with your case. Chris had trust in Jonathan and Chris fond out Jonathan had stolen stuff in a neighbors shed. Chris had Jonathan to make a report how the stuff got there. Chris had Jonathan go to the sheriff with report. The stolen stuff did belong to Allason Cowhig. The next day Jonathan had talk to Chris Haddock Jonathan had talked to Chris about a mike witty. Jonathan talked to chris how he was going to make a fake report on Allson by useing wittys name that use to live at 3790 141st place apt b next door to apt a Jonathan had rented him apt there win Jonathan owned the the unit so Jonathan made SSN Deportment ripoff on line in the room with Chris. Two days after police show up at Jonathans door from Hernando. CO. they ask him to come to the office so Jonathan and Chris went to the Hernando sheriff office were Jonathan F. Richard was booked in and charged with grand theft and braking in a home there. All what you know stolen computer and laptops. woow....

After looking over the 2-year complaint againt you Chris and reading the recent RipoffReport # 772998 on you it seems you and your parents have a problem being decent people by paying rent.
If you pay no rent what do you expect? We landlords do not make money giving residences away for free. It is simple - pay or get out. After seeing the other reports spoken above you are one of those angry people who don't follow rules and screw anyone you can. I feel sorry for this Mr. Richards.
And you wonder why nobody believes you or will give you a break. You have to earn it, not expect it. And pay your rent or expect to be evicted. 30 months is a long time to deny a landlord his/her rightful income. Just who do you think you are trying to live free at anothers expense while they make their living off rental income? Sounds like you have no respect for the law either. You and your fellow parents got what you deserved - evicted.
Good luck getting another apartment. I know I would never rent to you. I review every applicant to my rentals both with background checks and my own internet searches. Even a hint of problems and they are denied. Your case is a perfect example why I do this too.
So this guy gave you a break and now you make up stories.. get a job and a life will you? I hate people like you. Vindictive and destructive.
Be good to others and stop causing problems so the world will be a better place. Maybe learn to spell too while you are at it.

Oy-vey mate! Found a 2 year ongoing ripoffreport # 466665 relating to this. This author "Bryan" is not a victim but con artist criminal Chris Ryan Haddock and his mother Brenda Sally Jackson using this site to viscously attack a good mans name. Names again are Chris Ryan Haddock and his mother Brenda Sally Jackson of Largo, Florida. They scammed this victim landlord to live rent free for over two years before the law threw them out. Now they are angry? What daft behavior!
All the proof anyone needs to see is in ripoffreport # 466665. These blokes are evil manipulative and violent con artists who will do anything to scam others to live for free. Chris Ryan Haddock has 3 years prison and over 30 criminal cases to his name. Stealing electricity and water and setting fires is not beyond their ways.
I agree with the victim that Chris Ryan Haddock and his mother Brenda Sally Jackson of Largo, Florida are evil con artists of the worst kind. Mental they are. Disabled live free in Section 8 housing so why do they complain?

do not get on his facebook or iny thing els if he gets mad at you iny time he will take your info and slam you and use your name. and do crimes with it and the person names he use will go to jail at one point. he will fined a date on line and he will runen you and he will stock you till there is no end do not date him or lit him in your car. he has done this to all women on line he is a verry sick man and a landlord and a roomate. he will lie on you and control you like if you did bad things look on chris haddoks ripoff report and you will see and the thing he said about his mother and how he stocked thim. if iny never let him on your computer gives him more control be careful of him he has lived at 3790 141st place north largo fl 33771 and he has been staying in tampa after he left largo. or somewere in fl most of the time he will not work. he had a lady over one time he was stocking a nother one on line he went to the store thatswin they saw it.
