Jones'z Automotive Service Complete rip off and repairs not done/not done correctly Janesville Wisconsin

 I have been dealing with this repair shop for the past two months, only to have my original issue still not taken care of. It started with a replacement elbow piece having to be replaced. Followed up by a head gasket repair. By now, I'm about $1,800, not to mention the new thermostat. I pick my car up and get across town for my car to overheat, leak coolant, and start smoking. I immediately return to the shop to be told I need a new radiator and they can order and install it for around $480. I declined. However, I notice a golf ball size hole in my radiator and ask how they didn't see that, and am told that it could have happened in the 10 minutes I was driving my car.

Needless to say I purchased a new radiator and had it replaced elsewhere. My car continued to smoke, overheat and leak coolant on and off and I returned to the shop to be told my radiator was bad. The new one I bought 4 weeks ago. So, I bought another and had them install it. They also informed me that I had a fuel leak on my fuel rail. I asked them to repair/replace as well. Went to pick up my car and was told by one of the mechanics that they could not find a fuel rail for my car, and as I look at my invoice, they charged me for it. So I brought it to their attention and they gave me my money back. Went to leave with my car and it wont start. Never has my car not started.

So I had my fuel rail replaced and my car is back to overheating, smoking, and losing coolant. I just find it hard to believe that all of this money has been dished out only to not have a running, functional car. They told my dad that his car was making noise in the engine because it needed to be driven more. Only to find out, the crank was cracked and needed a whole new motor. I believe these people do not do quality work by any means and the only thing they're good at is collecting money. I wouldn't go there again if all of their services were offered at no cost and if you value your car or your checkbook, I suggest you don't either.
