Jordan roofing Donald Jordan Stole money from me Beach grove Indiana

 This man was hired to put a new roof on the house. He is a licensed contractor. He was given a check for $7,000.00 in may 2016. He was supposed to start in 2 weeks, never heard from him again. Can not get him to call us back at all. I have filed in small claims court and with attorney general. This man is a thief. Through social media and leaving reviews on his company he has since contacted me. He told me to stop harrasing him, that I was ruining his business and Christmas and that if I didn't stop I would never get my money back. He said he took my money cause he needed food on his table. He said he will file bankruptcy and I'll never get it for sure. I told him he needed to refund my money and he told me to $)&@ off and hung up. He is bad news.
