Instagram Cash Blueprint - A business model involving Instagram with ongoing support membership

Seller:  Social-Mobile-TRKR.com San Diego (Represented by Jordon Schultz)

For initial payment of $1,742.78  dated 21-Nov-14

The Object of Purchase :

  • The supply of 10 image files to establish Instagram Image Galleries
  • Training for successful set up and business operation of Instagram Image Galleries by way of automatic commenting and getting followings and promoting affiliate products to the followers.
  • On-going support for successful set up and continuing business operation of Instagram Image Galleries
  • On-going supply of 5 image files each month at addition price of $397 USD each month

Reasons for Claim

  • The seller misrepresented that the business model was legitimate one, but in fact automatic commenting to acquire followers is not permitted by Instagram.  This misrepresentation indicates the seller’s bad motive to try to sell the illegitimate, shady and impossible services just for grabbing money by luring and defrauding unsuspecting public as is rampant in the internet marketplace for virtually delivered services.   (Refer to the Attachment-A: seller’s webinar video web address)
  • The seller misrepresented that the account setup and operation can be done from personal computer without mobile phone, but in fact my attempt to set up a new account from my computer was declined by saying that it was against Instagram’s terms to use any means other than mobile phone.

So the implementation of the business model is not only illegitimate but also impossible especially for me as I have no mobile phone and also no intention to buy one.)

(Refer to Attachment-C: Instagram’s Terms of Use & FAQ)

  • The seller totally and deliberately abandoned his obligation for on-going support.   I sent 7 email messages for inquiry, support request, cancellation notice, reminder and final notice.  But the seller has never replied to the points of my messages, which also proves his bad motive.

There were only some replies by support desk assistant just for acknowledgment of receipt in automatic fashion.

(** It should be noted that support desk assistant could be located anywhere in the world  to provide automatic response service without any integrity with the seller, as is presumed in this case.)

(Refer to the attachment-B: my Gmail account copy for the string of emails exchanged from the beginning to the last.)

  • The seller even guaranteed risk-free investment as such: “Risk Free Guarantee - If you don't make enough to cover your investment in the first month we'll fix what you're doing wrong and give you more galleries until you do!”, which cannot be accomplished with this impossible business model.

(Refer to attachment-E: Pre-sale opt-in page with webpage address)

  • So far what I’ve got from the seller is access to member page (Attachment-H) where some tutorial videos and downloadable image collection files, all of which are very crappy and worth by no means the purchase price, even if supposed that the business model is legitimate and implementable one.

As evidenced by all my statements above and supporting documents attached herewith with relevant web page link addresses, I was mislead  by a fraudulent marketer into buying the impossible internet business model service by impulsive desire and illusion of making money from the internet easily.
