Jorge leandro Totally rip off dangerous Tustin Caloifornia

This dude is dangerous! He is emotional unstable (bipolar) one minute he's ok another minute he's crazy mad! I hired him to paint one of my project house, he quoted me a lower price and first day he did a above average job so I agree to give some money as he asked for. However day by day I just realized this dude keep asking more money complain too much work , upsell products if you refuse he will be super mad and saying some offensive words! In the end I paid all the money but he left a mess in the house he didn't do any touch up that he suppose to! Plus he rinse his tools to the fruit trees he's a liar, unprofessional, he will also bother my neighbors I feel very sorry for my neighbor, I introduce him to one of my neighbor base on his beginning two days job , but guess what he even tried to beat my neighbor with a chair when my neighbor told him he will pay him until he complete job!!! So anyone has same experience with him let me know I will collect all of them and put him to the small claims
