AAF/Jorja trading inc. completely screwed us!! I am so angry. They were completely misleading. We bought a vehicle from then in February 2008. As soon as we got it home, we noticed water in the passenger floor. We figured out that it needed a new heater core. OK...it's a used car, it might have a few minor problems. We took it to a mechanic and got repairs, which came to a total of about $200. We contacted AAF because we had gotten the extended warranty (what a joke!). They told us that they would not reimburse us because we did not take it to their mechanic. We let this slide in the hopes that we wouldn't have to deal with them much other than making our payments, which were always paid early!!! The first time that it rained, water poured into the doors. Shortly thereafter, the front end started shaking very badly. Keep in mind this was within the first few months of purchasing the vehicle, which had the extended warranty. We took it to a mechanic. He inspected the vehicle and said that it had been wrecked (by a previous owner). He gave us an estimate to fix the vehicle. The estimate came to almost $4000. We attempted to contact AAF to confront them about selling us a wrecked vehicle. We bought the vehicle at the Siloam Springs lot. We called them and they told us that we would have to call the main office in Springdale. We then called Springdale. The receptionist told us that we would have to make an appointment to speak with a service manager. We made the appointment. On the day of the appointment, we called and the receptionist told us that the service manager was out of the office. At that point we made another appointment.

At the next appointment, we were told that the service manager was in a meeting. We got the hint. We became extremely upset. We called back and asked to speak to the service manager's supervisor. The receptionist would not let us speak to anyone. She said that all she could do was make us another appointment. We never got to speak with anyone. Finally about 2 months later, the vehicle completely broke down when we were out of town visiting relatives. We had to have family bring us home. We called AAF and told them that we were done with the vehicle and they could go and get it if they wanted it (we left a message w/ the receptionist). All of the suddent the service manager was calling us back!! They went and got the vehicle.

Since then, they have sent us letters, we have received phone calls, and they have threatened to sue us. We want to warn anyone that might consider going to AAF! Stay away from them!!! They are cons and sell wrecked vehicles. They do NOT stand behind their word!!!

I along with many others have had a bad experience with this company. I would suggest you contact the law offices of either Kevin Hickey or Brian Meadors in Fort Smith AR.
