i am very upset, i don't anymore feel it just be experiencing this strange customer service at jos a bank. i liked their most product, but the problem is their ad don't match for online and store orders. most of the stores either are unaware of online deals or they wouldn't honor.
i bought few items from their online store, and i had problem with size on one. i called customer service, i was told i could replace item for the value of the item, regardless of what i paid, even if it was on sale. say for example, if item was 99$ and i paid 19$, when replacing, i could get another item that was valued at 99$, stores refused, and customer service says, thats rediculous. so they honored.
i opened another box in a while, and found its not something i liked, so i called and I am told, no, we never had that policy and we wont honor it this time even if we did last time. i said, its not my policy, i have a order number and receipts to prove you guys replaced in past. girl named "Mary" said, that still doesnt mean anything, if u want, u can pay difference and get the item.
i can say for sure, their customer service in this regard SUCKS.
i even hate to go to stores because their employee are paid very less and they depend on commission off their sale, so they feel irritated when asked questions, and if they feel u r looking around wasting their time, they wud rather aim for customers who they know would grab some item right away.,.
PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD... THEIR POLICY CHANGES WITH THEIR MOOD.
