Dear Heather Cole- You seemed to be obsessed with writing untrue statements about Mr. Nicoletti. I would not put it past you to call in false reports to the police and put down false reports from past clients. If you were really so concerned with being a successful songwriter, I would think that you would be putting your energies into your musical talents. But unfortunately you don't have any because you havn't put any time into it. You are more driven by your own anger at not being famous. And for everyone's information, Mr. Nicoletti offered you the $500 dollors back but you wouldn't take it because you are obsessed with persecuting him. Mabey it is your ex-husband that you are really so ashamed and angry at. Did he leave leave you in the dust (not a wonder) with a child to raise alone and now you are hell bent on making everyone pay for it. I am not ashamed of my husband, by the way because I've known him for 25 years and I do know his history and the people that he's been involved in in the music industry and I'm proud of him. I also know all the songs that he's written and the clients who have been happy with him. My husband would also never abandon his kids like your husband has by the way. We will see you in court soon Heather Cole. We are filing a report with a lawyer this week about the fraudulent lies that you have put on the internet and the lies that you have told the police about Joseph. And then we will see who's story holds up in a court of law.

I see that sociopath Joseph Nicoletti is still out there scamming singer/songwriter's egos but doing nothing to help them, except teaching a great lesson in karma! Sociopaths like Nicoletti have no conscience or feelings for what they do to others. Their tonal frequency is very low and they are incapable of ever truly knowing love or any of the higher spiritual truths. After loosing $3,000 to Nicoletti, I now know that his actions will bear fruit for him in the form of bad kama returning at some point in his life; he will face all of his evil actions, along with his enabling wife, in such a way that they will be totally changed. Their "dark night of the soul" is coming for sure, as karma is just and perfect. I've warned other potential clients who contacted me to be aware of this smooth talking snake oil vendor. He always plays on egos who think that they have finally found somebody who recognizes their talent; only to see that he only wants their money now, ASAP, then their nightmare with him really begins. I refuse to loose any more peace of mind over my life's savings that Nicoletti scammed from me. I have a good heart and I forgive this low life for the karma that he has created. His day will come! The universe works that way, but poor Joseph has no idea!  

You should be ashamed of accusing me of having no talent and in the same rebuttal say that I write poetry.  What kind of nitwit are you?  The lists of many people who want to be talented seem to include you.  Was it your lack of talent in trying to establish a singing career that made you seek employment as a personal assistant or an executive house keeper?

Was it your lack of talent that made you put your trust in Joseph Nicoletti?  As far as the eye can see he ripped you off as well.  Nothing has happened for you.  Where is your singing career? What songs have you written? If Joseph is as much as both you and he described, you most of all would be a star by now.

You are just another want to be.  It clearly states on LinkedIn that you are the owner of a music business.  What are your credentials?  More than likely your profession is aiding and abetting Joseph Nicoletti to scam people out of their money.

As the mother of two young daughters, you should be ashamed of yourself knowing that you are raising your daughters in that environment.  Your husband is a liar, a thief, a scammer, on probation and known as a petty thief to the police in Laguna Beach.  What are you going to tell your daughters when they are old enough to search the Internet?

How can you stay with a man like that and be stupid enough to come accusing me of doing things like hacking his computer.   I would not even know where to start.  If it is indeed you who wrote that rebuttal, Joseph clearly has you under control…a puppet because no sane woman would contact me, she would be too ashamed.  Why did you not respond to the letter Rob and I sent you last year via Facebook? That would have been the appropriate time to respond.

Most of all if Joseph Nicoletti knew that I had no talent he should have returned my $500.00.  This is the sole basis for my complaint to get my money back.  You should have advised him long ago to return my money and I would not have to bring my complaint to Ripoff report.  For your information all the failed complainers gave Joseph Nicoletti their money when he promised to assist them and did absolutely nothing.  They want it back!

Heather Cole claims that she is a song writer. But Joseph only recieved poems from her to show to other song writers. She has never written a song in her life, or sang a song proffessionally or ever had any music produced in a studio. But she was dreaming that someone would make her famous if she gave them $500. Unfortunately she has no talent and it takes alot more than $500 to overcome this. She's never sung proffessionally or had her songs produced in a studio. Heather has an on-line degree and her main job in life is sitting at the computer and writing complaints about companies and predicting which ones will fail. So when Joseph Nicoletti didn't make her famous in 1 month, she began writing scam reports about him continouously. (That is what she does for a living) Most of what she has written about him is wrong (there are many talented clients who are happy about what Joseph has done for them. Let me repeat TALENTED CLIENTS.) Joseph does have a extensive resume of performing, writing songs, & his music contacts in the industry. He has proof of that, but no one is asking him for it. What Heather has done is to try to ruin Joseph's business because she is unhappy that she has no talent and no one is noticing her. And the way she has done this is by being dishonest. She has hacked into his computer files and called his clients, many who are not complaining about him. She has put names of clients down on the Rippoff report that are not unhappy with him. She has put down names of people on the "unhappy list" who are not his clients. (He doesn't know who they are. She has come up with information that is impertanent to the situation (and illegal for her to put on line) and put it on the Rip Off Reports. There are many people in life who want to be talented but just don't have what it takes. We're sorry that you have no talent Heather Cole, but you shouldn't try to take it out on everyone else or try to ruin other people's reputation and business because your unhappy about your own failures. And shame on the Rip Off Report Company for putting out malicious lies from Heather Cole and other failed complainers too!

Joseph Nicolettes welcome must be wearing thin on LinkedIn. His latest discussion was removed from the Best of Indie Group.  He therefore has no choice but to shamelessly return to this site where I first accused him to post a rebuttal that has not changed the facts that have been presented about him.  He is a liar, a fraud, a con artist and a thief who hides behind old pictures of himself on the Internet.  His credibility has already been lost so he is just wasting time venting his frustration.

My posting warnings to music artist on LinkedIn seem to be putting a dent in his income.  That in itself is a victory!   I will continue with my actions as I do not wish others to fall blindly for your lies as I did.  Wherever I see you post Joseph, I will write something.  I am not going away.  I am your worst nightmare.  I would have been in your best interest to refund my money.  It will only get worse as I do not intend to give up the quest against you and your unholy acts.  You are indeed from your father the devil. 

You do not scare me with your empty threats.  I will go to all lengths to expose you in. I have also written to the Attorney General for the State of California informing her about you.  It is time your operation was closed.

Nicoletti pressured me into writing a letter of recomendation too, so he would have one to use later, in hopes of covering his a*s. It's all a part of his scam. Do not believe anything this nefarious creature posts online or tells you on the phone- if you can ever contact him. He seems to work out of his car a lot on his blackberry. Anybody reading all that has been posted about this slick scammer online alreay knows about his bad reputation & triple F rating by Better Business Bureau. He continually tries to defend himself but falls flat everytime- poor Nicoletti! He is nothing but lies!

How can anybody believe that Nicoletti is professional? Except maybe on the scamming level, where he really shines, as usual. Look at any of his postings, and you'll see the intelligence of a child just learning to type on their parents' Blackberry. He doesn't spell or use punctuation correctly, as he speedily rips off his confused thoughts online, like he rips off clients. In fact, when I was first pulled into Nicoletti's spider web, one of the first red flags that went up big time was this exact issue! The con man can't communicate in a professional matter!!! He should be almost embarrassed, as other scammers really have their s**t together in that area. They are convincing many times through correct usage of the english language, where Nicoletti always gives himself away immediately! Take a night class Joseph at the community college. Then you can REALLY scam singer/songwriters much better. As for the other & only two clients who believe in you still somehow, I have my own opinions about them, you and fear. We'll leave that for another rebuttal.

 Probation search turns up unusual weapon  State law mandates that anyone on formal probation is subject to a search of their person, vehicle and home at anytime without notice or a search warrant. This Wednesday evening at about six oclock, Laguna Beach police and the OC Probation Dept made a probation search at the South Laguna residence of 63-year-old Joseph Nicoletti on Ocean Vista. 

 In the course of the search, authorities found a .22LR pen gun along with 150 rounds of .380 ammunition a larger caliber than the pen gun uses
