This is indeed, very frustrating. Based on my and others' experiences, it seems as though a lot of Chase's CSR's are poorly informed. Have you ever received a feedback survey where you can give your opinions on the help you received? If you do, that might be a good way to let someone in charge know you're getting inadequate answers.
