My bad experiance with Chase Bank was when I open an account with them. I told the banker (Robert) that I only wanted a checking account with out debit authorization for the savings account. I didn't even want a savings account to begin with. Well he said that that checking came with the savings account so I had no choice but to get it I was like ok fine. Anyways, I specifically told him that I didn't want them to take money from my checking account and put it in the savings account he said ok fine.
So I thought everything was fine and dandy till I started getting all these NSF I was like what the hell, I called customer service and had them explain why my statement had NSF and I had to pay $50.00 for having them take money from my checking account and putting it into my savings account. Well I was pretty much pissed off at this point. I told customer service that I wasn't suppose to have debit authoriztion on my account. Well they said that it was added. Well I went online to get the telephone number to the gulf gate branch and it was a hassel; it wasn't online so I called 1411 and got it then I had to get transfered to the right branch.
I talk to customer service in that branch and it turns out that (Robert) the bank rep wasnt in today. Well early that day I had went to the back to talk about why I had that on my account and no one was there to help me in the desk. So another bank rep that works there told me he will help me. Well I told him my situation and he said I'm sorry I can't help. You will have to talk to (Robert) he will be back in a few min. You can wait if you like.
I said no and left. Well like I said I called (Robert) was never at work to begain with it was poor customer service and bank reps at chase. I will tell you now if you decide to go with a bank DONT GET CHASE. They steal money from your account and do it they sneaky stupid way and you will be clueless towards your account statment that you won't get good help. The manager still haven't called me back.
I will now try and get a lawyer to help me with this case because there is no way in hell I am going to feed that bank with those stupid charges.
