First time buyer from jspecaufo.com. . I called and placed an order for a honda transmission . He charged me $250 for shipping when i later realized on their website, it states " $189 flat shipping rate " . I received the trans , two weeks later got it installed. Paid an extra few hundred bucks and GUESS WHAT ?!? The automatic transmission is bad , said so by 3 mechanics because i couldn't believe it !!!!! Wtf ?!?!? Are you serious ?!?! They are experienced 20+ year mechanics.

Ok so I called JSPECAUTO the next day and the stupid guy gave me an attitude & the runaround and connected me with two of his mechanics .... They tried to troubleshoot it with me but we tried everything they said to do and still no good.

I wanted a full refund but then he started acting shadey... He said ok send it back, give us one day and if nothing is wrong with it we'll send it back to you. But YOu have to pay for shipping both ways and if they was to refund my money back then they would charge me for shipping the tranny out to me when i FIRST bought it !!!! Like wtfff again?!?!

So now you want to date back a month and deduct from my refund amount because YOU sold me a messed up transmission ?!?!? Unbelievable. So basically they were going to just either fix it and send it back and would refuse to send it back if i dont pay for shipping. So now im out of the money for installing the transmission $360, transmission $800, & tags and title $ 250. Close to $1500 in the trash !!!!!

Maybe you'll get lucky if you live locally to them so you can actually go and check out what youre buying but for any first time buyers ... BEWARE!!!!! Do NOT waste your money on them. I wish i would've did a search & review on them before i bought it but hey, now i know and im letting yall' know. I hope they get caught with a bunch of stolen engines and get shut down.
