I bought a hot tub jet motor from JTE Electric in Bedford, PA. I spoke with Joe on the phone. He said the motor came with the shroud for the pump end. I asked for a printed receipt of price and date delivered. He said all was included. The shroud never came. I never received a a receipt other than an email stating "1 spa Motor" Emails go unanswered. Now I see
