The State of North Dakota stoops to new low by garnishing 70% of disabled veterans S.S.I. check to offset federal governments payment to them. After veteran's child turned eighteen he no longer is able to collect off of veterans disabilty payments.  Veteran became disabled when co-worker parked his gravel truck on one lane bridge.  Subsequently veteran suffered brake failure in another gravel truck approaching bridge, and in saving two people on bridge drove truck into embankment and river.Veteran crushed spine and knee cap.  Even though paid into workers compensation insurance, veteran denied coverage since injuries not readily evident.  With inability to walk and no relief, veterans wife leaves with children.  Veteran then continusely thrown into jail for inabilty to pay support.  Now after thirty years, State decides to collect interest incurred from period veteran was bedridden.  Veteran now expected to pay 1/3 more than able bodied person, for same obligation.  Also veteran forced to be estranged from children for no other reason then being crippled.  State of North Dakota offers solution of legal remedy, but takes means from veteran at same time, creating catch 22 senerio.
