 "Christine" if you are interested in more information... you need to provide a way to contact you. The antics of Rigali were so heinous, I was forced to every appellate action to the United States Supreme Court. More followed beyond that. He is not a "justice" There is no due process in his court nor regard for simple law nor common sense. He is rogue and needs to be replaced by someone in the private sector. The vast majority of judges in Santa Barbara County need to be replaced. Sit in(cognito) in any court on any give. Day. Drain the swamp in the 805! Christine... if you want to look at all the public record on my case, you need to provide something other than a first name.
