"judge" Margaret R. Reichenber is not a real judge, that should be understood.  These ICE "judges" are frauds in black robes.  

"judge" Margaret R. Reichenberg in particular however is even worse.  She blatantly released criminally motivated decisions, infringing on people's basic contitutionally protected rights.   She does not mind abusing her to deprive someone of their liberty either because she is a disgusting bigot or becuase she was ordered by some higher up fascist officer of ICE/DHS/DoJ.

I have more than enough proof in immigration "court" documents that "judge" Margaret R. Rechenberg denied to hear a bail application due to her clearly criminally-motivated misinterpretaion of law by claiming that she does not have jurisdiction.   This is a typical fascist scam, where treasonous lowlives like Margaret R. Richenberg keep pretending it's not their jurisdiction so that not only do they not have to do their measily jobs but also so they can carryout their own prejudiced, criminally motived, unlawful agenda, all the meanwhile holding a person hostage like the domestic terrorists these ICE fascists are and wasting taxpayers and other innocent people's precious time and resources.  

In this particular case, judge Margaret R. Reichenberg is responsible for holding my father hostage for over 4 years for no reason what so ever; no charges; no finding of flight risk; no finding of danger to community.  She was either conspiring with other ICE members who ordered her to committ crimes against my father by ignoring the consitution and falsely depriving him of liberty, or she is just a prejudiced, lowlife criminal and a fraud pretending to be an impartial judge.

It should also be noted that immigration "court" is not a real court, it's just administrative, bureaucratic tax syphon scam.  I am pretty sure it was primarily designed to rob American citizens of tax money and to stuff private prisons with innocent people so some other fascists can make a profit by enslaving people in private prisons.
