Judge Steven Jones - Clark County Family Court Hypocrite for a Family Court Judge - Needs To Be Thrown Off the Bench! Ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I knew I!! However, nobody could prove the abuse during the time I and others appeared before this hypocrite, but now the cats out of the bag, and it is about time! That is, until he thinks of a way to attempt to twist and turn everything around, placing all of the blame onto his former girlfriend! Just like he did when he had alleged how his ex-wife beat him and had her thrown in jail when she was pregnant. If anybody has seen the size of this blimp you'd know that his allegations where exagerated!! And then if throwing his ex-wife in the clink was satisfying enough for him, he had to go to the extreme to throw his fourteen year old daughter in jail too! What a man!!

I go back to the early 90's having Judge Steven Jones take over where Judge Terrance Marren left off, in an attempt to finish me off. His over-all mannerism that he projected in each hearing was a suttle reminder of another form of abuse to punish me for standing up against their "so called system". However, Jones did not have much of a choice other than to use caution throughout the proceedings because, of the pending federal court case naming several of his buddies, as defendants for refusing to follow the law, etc. that I had filed.

Regardless, Judge Jones was not about to rule in my favor and completely ignored every piece of evidence I placed in front of him. Like pertinent bank statements, federal bankruptcy proceedings alone proved without a doubt the defendant was lying to get out of paying the mandated child support. In other words, the defendant alleged in family court, before Judge Jones he was not working, had no money (for child support) however, in federal court he provided the trustee of the court with a completely different financial statement so to be granted a repayment plan for his pending bankruptcy. Mind you he used the same attorney for both cases to conspire and defraud.

Years before, (with the help of a friend from school who was the vice president, along with the president of the credit union) the defendant was able to borrow nearly 200K (unsecured) from his LDS family credit union, Deseret Credit, when he initially obtained and emergency ex-parte order from Nancy Becker (now a Supreme Court judge) to gain full custody of my youngest daughter without any due process!! Little did I know at the time Judge Becker signed that order it would be another form of irreversible abuse and torture that was supported by our system! Unfortunately, I was forced to stand up against all of these undesirable law breakers who are apparently continuing to milk our system and caring less about any child in the cases before them that they have jurisdiction over.

Every one of the judges who 'at will' have abused their power that the people have entrusted in them needs to be held accountable for the destruction and harm they have caused to each and every family.

These types of judges that are allowed to remain on the bench do nothing, but to continue to further poison a system that has been terminally ill from the very beginning. A system that desperately needs to be revamped from the top to the bottom!

I am grateful that there are some journalists like John L. Smith that have enough guts to stand up against 'old chubs the judge' Steven Jones, and say it like it is.

P.S. Judge Jones make a point to put it out there everytime he get an opportunity of how he doesn't like the Henderson Police Department. Wonder why? I'd suspect that the Henderson Police Department doesn't exactly care for him either . . . and the policemen having to repeatedly go out on a call to the judges home to make arrests, etc. have to be embarassment, humilation knowing this is a judge who apparently is encabible of making sound decisions concerning his own dysfunctional family!

And there's one more thing I'd like to put a spin on. The so-called ordeal of the attorney's judging the judges is the biggest joke of all. What attorney is going to go up against the judge or any judge for that matter, when they have cases before him?
