Judge Ritchie  family court judge  of District 8 department H is completely bias and leans in favor of the party that  donates to his  election.  He was rude   didnt  make    any eye contact did not   examine the evidence and   does not care  at all about the   safety, health, or best interest of the  minor. Judge Ritchie  rules   only in favor of the  party who donates to his   campaign, he does not give fair treatment to the parties. His decisions are endangering the minor in the case and putting the child in harm and danger in the custody of the parent who is blatantly abusive.
